Zero, the End of Battle

Zero is the Omega Squad's most lethal soldier; funny, because she's not the one doing the fighting. When Zero is called in, she secures the battlefield with superior environmental awareness and scouting technology. The moment the enemy does anything, Zero knows. From there on, the Omega Squad's conflicts don't last much longer, as Zero gathers up the intel needed to decisively eliminate any threats.

Zero's Passive, Stalker, allows her to see the footprints of enemy champions as they move through the rift. Zero will radio in to her team globally when she spots a trail. Trails last for 10 seconds. At level 6, Zero can distinguish which enemy champion the tracks belong to. At level 11, Zero gains increased movement speed when following tracks.

"Someone's been creeping by the Dragon's lair!" "Enemy's been through our jungle recently."

Next, Zero's Q, Grappling Hook. This is a powerful roaming tool. Zero throws a hook in a linear skill-shot, attaching to a piece of terrain and pulling herself to it. She'll then vault over the terrain, but only if it's not too wide. This ability generates charges that can be used rapidly if multiple are available, allowing her to slip in and out of tricky spots while she goes about her reconnaissance.

Zero's W, Smart-Mines, are devices that can be set on the ground. If an enemy champion gets too close, Zero radios in to her team (and alert pings are sent to the mini-map) and grants vision of the area. Mines will stay functional for a very long time unless destroyed, but if an enemy destroys it, Zero gains a stack of Intel on that champion. Intel is tracked separately per champion.

"Securing our tri-brush." "Enemy spotted in the River!"

Zero's E, Expose Weakness / Foil Their Plot, is a switchable passive with a significant cooldown that works in tandem with her Smart-Mines. With Expose Weakness, allies gain additional damage against a champion per stack of Intel she has on them. With Foil Their Plot, allies gain an amount of damage reduction from that champion, per stack of Intel. Additionally, allies gain movement speed towards enemies, or Tenacity, respectively (not dependent on Intel).

Finally, Zero's Ultimate, Omega Drone. This is an airborne device that flies towards a target location globally, and then patrols around the target area in a circle. Vision is granted of the area beneath the drone. The included picture gives a rough outline of its path, with the dotted lines showing the vision radius. Only one Drone can be active at a time, and will stay in action for 1 minute.

"Keep watch of that Dragon!" "Deploying drone to the Baron's pit."

Interesting concept but you've created a champion that has absolutely no damaging abilities from what you are stating. While it makes for a nifty idea even supports do some form of damage in their kits.
