[Champion Concept] Shuya, Lightning Queen

Shuya is a bursty assassin mage whose job is to flank around the back lines and crush any target caught out of position. The odd thing is, though. With her W, she could become a powerful jungler with exceptional ganks.

Passive: Surge of Power- Every 3 spell casts, Shuya's next damaging ability does 50% increased damage.

Q: Force of Thunder- Shuya strikes in a single line, hitting all targets (Think of an uncharged Xerath Q, same range as well) and slowing the first target hit.

W: Hunted by Lightning- Every 10 seconds, Shuya will drop a small bolt of lightning on a random enemy champion. If an enemy champion is not near, then Shuya gains a charge of [Contained Lightning], stacking up to 5 times. If an enemy champion then comes into range of her, she unleashes all of her stacks, dropping bolts on that champion equal to the number of stacks. (this ability does not charge or activate 'Surge of Power')

E: Surging Charge- Shuya jumps forward (This is a skill shot), dealing damage to the first enemy hit and stunning them.

R: Thundering Crush- Shuya drops a bolt of lightning on an area (About the width of Anivia Ult) on the map, dealing damage to all enemies hit, and slowing them by 50%.

Shuya has the appearance of a young blonde woman. The only thing that sets her apart, is the fact that her eyes themselves are charge with lightning.

I cannot find a good picture, so the description will have to do.

Also, lore would be greatly appreciated.

Good champion, usually I find something wrong with champion ideas but this, doesn't seem to over powered. It mostly depends on the damage. I actually could see her in the jungle. LOL it sounds crazy but if there was a build that worked since she mage and ap, her stacks of contained lightning would stack, and surge of power would help her take out camps. Her jump is a great engage move and her ult can be used to stop enemies from escaping. Only problem would be killing the camps early on (Just reads the top of this post......) oh... shoot you mentioned this. But would have great jungling power. I could sorta see her midlane but eh. She can harass while she farms with hunted by lightning and ult would be a great kill secure. Her surging charge could stun the enemies for a trade. I even see a support maybe. Stun with e slow with ulti. A blitzcrank like passive with w.If anything had to be nerfed, it would be the max stacks on contained lightning. I would change it to 3 now that I review it. 5 stacks would deal a ton of damage. We do not want anotherNasus on the rift.

I also know counterpicks for her. Most counter picks would be any major cc characters. For support morgana. Who am I kidding she counters all supps. For mid, fizz. He could dodge your ult, and most of your other moves. For jungle probably reksai. He has mobility to catch you if you try to use surging charge away from him. If you use it on him he could escape or knock you up. Great champion though.

Her W has been nerfed, it now stacks only 3 times, and each stack does 20/40/60/80/100 (+0.3 AP). Also, the E will only stun a target for 1.5 seconds flat at all points.

Q: 70/80/90/100/100 (+.4 AP) Slow: 25%/40%/55%/70%/85%

E: 30/40/50/60/70 (+.3 AP) Stun is 1.5 seconds flat

R: 70/100/130 (+1.0 AP).
