[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Rork, Zaun's Bounty Hunter
Rork is an aggressive, physical damage Mage/Marksman with tons of tools at his disposal, having the most abilities in the game, although each is fairly simple and has limited use. Being able to perform in Middle Lane, Bottom Lane as the ADC, Jungle, or even Top Lane, he is extremely versatile. However, if you catch him with the wrong tools at the wrong time, you can punish him dearly. Fighting against him with two champions with different play styles will force him into a bad position no matter what. Expect Rork to always be firing something your way or even diving in himself.
LORE Rork, a being of pure creativity, is a bounty hunter and inventor from Zaun who stops at nothing to get his targets. He has done everything he can to make himself the perfect predator and creature of stealth. His story is one of loss and gain, but mainly just bringing in a whole lot of money. He is well known throughout Runeterra and is hired by even the most skilled of killers. This is entirely dependent on if they can find him however. When Rork was just a kid, his parents were killed by the hunter known as Warwick when he used them as experiments for his own friend, Singed. Rork grew up on the streets of Zaun and joined an infamous gang, gaining his mark among the gang as XVI. He was only twelve at the time and didn't know how to survive at all by himself, so he relied on the older members of the group to show him around, namely the member known as Ekko. Whenever Rork made a mistake, it would be seemingly fixed out of no where by Ekko as if he knew what was going to happen. As Rork continued to grow, he figured out what not to do and what to do through learning from his elders. Eventually, he was able to "earn" enough money to "buy" his own home, although his methods were questioned by other members of the gang. From there, Rork used his smarts and street experience to craft vicious weapons to defend his friends. However, it seems no matter what, his weapons could never match the enhanced fighters of Zaun when things got rough. Eventually, Rork was forced to go to extremes. He embarked on a successful mission to steal various potions and elixirs from the very friend of his parent's killer, Singed. After months of experimenting, he was able to make just the potion he needed. After gathering the various ingredients from across Runeterra, he was able to create a mutation potion that would transform himself into the unseen killer of the skies: a hawk. When he told the rest of the gang of his elixir, Ekko didn't like the idea at all and told him that he was embracing the reason Zaun was known for what it was. Rork told him he would use it for good and not for bad. Not for evil, but for the good of the gang, his family. He drank the elixir and, after a night of painful agony, transformed into an avian creature, gaining the ability of flight, razor sharp eyesight, incredible reaction time, and a steel grip. He retained a few human features, such as fingers, but they were more of "flexible wing ends". This allowed him to still make use of his past weapons. While Rork accepts work from anyone he finds just, he is known for his work for the gang. Rork, along with the rest of his gang, are on their way of cleaning the city of Zaun, one villain at a time, but now with some air advantage.

Passive- Weapon Smith Innate: Rork can create weapons while out of combat, being able to switch through an arsenal of weapons while out of combat. These weapons will give Rork all new abilities as well as enhanced stats. Rork cannot basic attack, but gains 25 increased movement speed while a weapon isn't equipped. Rork can have 3 weapons ready for use at once. Each weapon comes with two abilites and can be exited by the third ability key. The weapons can be cycled through by arrows of his three basic ability images. He can switch through: 1. Electric Pistol- A moderate weapon that gives Rork more crowd control while also giving him 10 increased movement speed. 2. Napalm Launcher- An above average ranged weapon, granting Rork 50 increased attack range, that grants him loads of area of effect damage as well as 12 (+1.25 per level) bonus attack damage. 3. Thunder Rifle- A long ranged weapon, granting Rork 100 increased attack range, that gives Rork extremely increased range abilities as well as increasing his base mana regeneration by 25%. 4. Acid Blunderbuss- A below average ranged weapon, decreasing Rork's attack range by 50, that grants him damage over time abilites as well as increasing his base health regeneration by 25%. 5. Burst Uzi- A short ranged weapon, decreasing Rork's attack range by 100, that grants him increased burst damage abilities as well as 9% (+2.25% per level) increased attack speed. 6. Hextech Knife- A melee weapon, decreasing Rork's attack range to 125, that grants him dash attacks as well as 45 (+5 per level) bonus health, 3 (+0.75 per level) bonus armor, and 2.1 (+1.25 per level) bonus magic resist. These bonuses and abilities will only be active while he is using each of these weapons. When Rork levels up, he can choose which weapon to upgrade, upgrading all of the weapon's abilities. Rork's ultimate will automatically increase in level at levels 6, 11, and 16 without needing to spend any ability points. Each of Rork's weapons can be leveled up three times. Rork cannot switch what weapon's he currently has equipped while in combat. Rork has to wait a static 2.5 seconds before being able to use abilities when switching in and out of his weapons.
Electric Pistol Ability 1- Paralyzing Shot Active: After a 0.25 second delay, Rork shoots a fast moving bullet in the target direction, dealing 10/30/50 (+60/70/80% AD) physical damage and stunning the first enemy hit for 1/1.25/1.5 second(s). Cost: 30/45/60 mana Cool Down: 12/10/8 sec. Range: 625 Projectile Speed: 1200
Electric Pistol Ability 2- Jamming Burst Active: Rork fires a bullet into the air above the target location that will explode upon arriving, dealing 35/95/155 (+65% bonus AD) physical damage and silencing enemy units below the explosion for 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. Cost: 45/55/65 mana Cool Down: 16/14/12 sec. Range: 750 AoE Radius: 200
Napalm Launcher Ability 1- Flaming Bomb Active: Rork fires a bomb at the target location that will deal 25/65/105 (+100% AD) physical damage to all enemy units in the target area. Cost: 50/65/80 mana Cool Down: 15/13/11 sec. Range: 1050 AoE Radius: 275 Projectile Speed: 775
Napalm Launcher Ability 2- Homing Missile Active: After a 1 second delay, Rork fires a homing missile at the target unit that will slowly travel towards them. If it reaches them within 2.5 seconds, it will detonate to deal 75/150/225 (+100% bonus AD) physical damage in an area around the target as well as slowing the target by 30/40/50% for 1.5 seconds. This can be intercepted by enemy champions. Cost: 65/75/85 mana Cool Down: 19/17/15 sec. Range: 850 AoE Radius: 325 Projectile Speed: 250/275/300/325/350
Thunder Rifle Ability 1- Tracker Beacon Active: Rork fires a tracker beacon onto the target enemy champion, slowing them by 95% for 1 second and then revealing them for 4/6/8 seconds. Cost: 10/15/20 mana Cool Down: 13/11.5/10 sec. Range: 1250
Thunder Rifle Ability 2- Lightning Round Active: After a 0.625 channeling delay, Rork will fire a plasma round across the map in the target direction, dealing 50/100/150 (+50/55/60% AD) physical damage to the first enemy champion it hits. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 50/60/70% if it hits an enemy champion. During the delay, if Rork takes damage, he will be interrupted and the ability will go on full cool down. If the bullet is fired in the general direction of an enemy champion, they will hear it be fired from across the map. Cost: 80/85/90 mana Cool Down: 18/17/16 sec. Range: Global Projectile Speed: 1500
Acid Blunderbuss Ability 1- Acid Spray Active: Rork fires weak acidic rounds in a cone in front of himself, dealing 10/15/20 (+15% bonus AD) initial physical damage before dealing 60/100/140 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage over 4 seconds. Cost: 55/60/65 mana Cool Down: 16/15/14 sec. Range: 575
Acid Blunderbuss Ability 2- Gas Burst Active: After a 0.5 second delay, Rork fires the blunderbuss below himself, causing gas to travel all around himself. Enemies around Rork upon activating this take 50/75/100 (+30% bonus AD) physical damage over 3 seconds and have their armor reduced by 15/20/25% for 4/4.5/5 seconds. Cost: 70/75/80 mana Cool Down: 22/20/18 sec. Range: 450
Burst Uzi Ability 1- Focus Fire Active: After channeling for 1 second, Rork will fire 4/6/8 shots over 2 seconds at the target enemy unit, each shot dealing 14/22/30 (+8% bonus AD) physical damage. These shots can be intercepted by enemy units. Cost: 30/50/70 mana Cool Down: 16 sec. Range: 500
Burst Uzi Ability 2- Quick Reload Active: Rork will quickly reload his weapon, resetting his basic attack timer and causing his next basic attack to deal 10/20/30 (+10% AD) bonus physical damage and reduce the cool down of Focus Fire by 10%. Cost: 25/35/45 mana Cool Down: 4/2.5/1 sec.
Hextech Knife Ability 1- Zaun Assault Active: Rork targets a location in a cone in the target direction. Rork then has 3 seconds to target another unit within the same cone, being unable to move during this time. Once he has selected a unit, he will dive to the unit, dealing 25/50/75 (+100/105/110% AD) physical damage and interrupting them, applying on-hit effects, and then dash to the initially targeted location. Cost: 70/80/90 mana Cool Down: 17/16/15 sec. Location Range: 1000 Target Range: 450
Hextech Knife Ability 2- Flying Slice Active: Rork puts his knife in his beak before flying in the target direction after a 0.2 second delay, dealing 45/85/125 (+75% bonus AD) physical damage and slowing every enemy unit hit by 25% for 1/1.75/2.5 second(s). Cost: 55/65/75 mana Cool Down: 9 sec. Range: 475
Ultimate- Bird of Prey Passive: Rork takes to the skies, gaining 5/10/15 flat movement speed and ignoring unit collision. He gains 30/50/70% increased vision range and can detect stealthed enemy champions within 300/350/400 units of himself. Active: Rork barrel rolls in the target direction, automatically cycling to his next equipped weapon. This goes from the weapon equipped to the first ability key to the weapon equipped to the second ability key to the weapon equipped to the third ability key, then cycling back to the weapon equipped to the first ability key. The cool downs of all of the weapon's abilities are reduced by 10/15/20% upon using this to switch to the weapon. This ability has a static cool down. Cost: 25 mana Cool Down: 5/4/3 sec. Range: 175

Ekko Rork and Ekko grew up together as part of the same gang. They are practically family and would always have each other's back in a tough situation. Even though Ekko has lost some respect for Rork since he used some of Singed's creations to become what he is, they are still best friends.
Zac As someone who is also looking to protect the streets of Zaun, Zac and Rork often meet if one of Rork's jobs is placed in Zaun. They think of each other as the same side of a coin and work together whenever available.
ENEMIES
Warwick As the killer of Rork's parents, Rork would like nothing more than to kick Warwick into an acidic pool. There isn't any other reason needed for Rork to despise Warwick really. He killed his parents.
Singed Warwick's partner in crime, Singed is also on Rork's hit list. Despite using some of Singed's own stuff to transform into the bird of prey he is today, Rork still hates him and considers him to be partially responsible for the death of his parents.
Viktor Rork has been trying to get rid of this guy for ages, but he keeps getting by him. With the amount of bounty on Viktor's head, Rork wants this guy dead, for his own sake, his gang's sake, and Zaun's sake.
