Hecarim - strong early, awful lategame - Charge now does % health damage to large monsters to speed up his farming. Xin Zhao - phase rush and awkward ultimate - W grants movespeed when hitting targets on the outer edge of slash and thrust. Udyr - squishy building damage, and no damage when building tank - turtle stance now generates healing on a passive, while the shield scales off of AD. Karthus - wall reliably lets him deal damage, which is hard to play against in the early game - wall range decreased, increases per rank to prevent 1 point abuse Quinn - very strong in the early game, and beats everyone back to lane without the need of TP - Ultimate now has a cooldown. Renekton - feels alot like garen, with powerful scaling but he lacks the speed for teamfights - Ult maxes out his fury, dice can be cast without slice when enhanced Vayne - struggles to lane, doesn't really synergize in the botlane - Condemn stuns if target collides with ANY champion cough pyke Vladimir - struggles against early game ignite (thanks to pool killing him) - pool and tides grant a stack of transfusion, with movement speed lowered from rush cough ryze mechanic Tryndamere - very RNG dependant, zoned out too easily - bonus crit chance removed, fury now grants lifesteal and empowering hits at max fury. ** Kennen - early game waveclear is terrible, weak without ultimate - Electric surge cooldown reduced Ryze - scales poorly into tank comps and body blockers - max runed overload now does damage behind the first target hit** Gnar - mini gnar sucks in the lategame - w scales off of bonus health Grasp gnar anyone? Kled - unbearably strong in the early game - fourth hit damage bonus lowered by 10, % remains the same Mundo - too strong early and straight overpowered in the late - cleaver slow down to 30% from 40% Singed - fling and ultimate nerfed too hard - mega adhesive increases in size and range per rank Urgot - too slow for fast pace teamfights - Disdain range increased, cooldown decrease, no lunger stuns. damage is now 75% of AD from 50% Rumble - ultimate fails to do anything - Initial targets hit by Equalizer now are initially slowed for 2 seconds Vikter - his unique item feels like a waste of gold - hitting champions with abilities now reduces its cost Steals technology like thanos lol
