Why did Riot change Galactic Azir's SFX on his W?

Azir's W sfx galactic didnt sound like how it used to when it was released and in this video, it was the same (or prob) the same as his Classic skin sfx now... Skip to 1:40 in the Galactic Azir skin video and listen to it comparison to the galactic azir skins W you have now in game

I bought that skin mainly because of that just today.... and now for some reason it dosent anymore
