model looks to similar to normal jinx, it kind of grew on me a bit but still don't think its a 1350 skin becuase it doesn't seem up to quality with some of the other more recent 1350 skins like with star guardian 
and project skins
I think every skin should be free... 
If it were 975 I might get it in a year's time when it was on sale
if it releases for 1350 I'll just skip it

I honestly think that Slayer Jinx should be 750 RP or 1350 IP
It will be 975RP on release. So just buy it then.
I thought that 1350 skins require some voice editing, but there's none.
