What you don't know about Fiora is she is easily countered by high damage tanks that she cant duel. After her combo, she can pretty much run. Not to mention, she's easy to kill in team fights, so either do damage and die quickly, or do little damage, but survive.

This is why I go CDR split push Fiora, because no one expects the Fiora top to not join the team fight, and really take 2 towers in any given lane in 1 push

You do realize sivir, nocturne, morgana, yasuo, and to a lesser extent braum can all do the same thing

If ANYTHING remove the attack speed slow because that's dumb

My only issue with Fiora is

A) Her low as shit mana cost. Honestly, pumping out true damage every 2 seconds AND healing off it WITH mobility? Fuck off B) She can parry literally ANYTHING even auto attacks. Put a freaking limit on that shit

I mean, if the Q is big enough you're liable to just wait for the .75 seconds to pass before you pop it.
