To see what would happen if their biggest source of damage was reflected back, we could always look at Mewtwo, or Pit and the like. It's uh... it's not pretty. Starts KO'ing around 30%.

That said, it's really funny to see 2 Mewtwos bouncing a Shadow Ball between each other. After the second reflect, it KO's at 0%, so whoever drops the ball dies immediately.

Yes gangplank can use it while stunned, its a cleanse.

Nocturne has a spell shield, meaning that "galaxy" doesn't do damage or stun him.

What you don't know about Fiora is she is easily countered by high damage tanks that she cant duel. After her combo, she can pretty much run. Not to mention, she's easy to kill in team fights, so either do damage and die quickly, or do little damage, but survive.

This is why I go CDR split push Fiora, because no one expects the Fiora top to not join the team fight, and really take 2 towers in any given lane in 1 push

no her problem is that she is building tanky now because of her true damage and high base damage. i'm not saying that she doesn't have counter picks, but having counter picks isn't a indication of if or not a kit is balanced.

and what do you mean "After her combo", shes not a caster, shes a fighter, she constantly pumps damage through her auto and her abilities/passive are there to supplement that.

Mundo got nerfed because he was doing to much damage for his tankiness, did you not see his ban rate

Naut same reason

Illaoi has the damage but her high skill cap makes it hard to play her effectively and very kiteable just like darius

Poppy after a conditinal stun maybe

Nasus has to sit top forever to achieve enough stacks to get that type of dmg

Shyvana is getting nerfs to her early game to justify her late game

Sej was nerf during the cinderhulk meta because to much damage

A tank trundle cant even out duel a illaoi

Voli tank has a weak late game

The point of a tank is to be the front liner not the carry, when riot feel that a tank or tanks in general (cinderhulk meta) do to much damage they nerf them

You can make the choice to be a bandwagoner, like you have already done, or you can use your brain and figure out how to deal with things.

#SECTION A What you actually did, was imply that mundo and naut were NOT high damage tanks due to nerfs. I'm sorry if you would rather I had used a thesaurus for a more robust vocabulary.

#SECTION B Difficulty of execution does not mean they do not fill a certain role. Kalista is just as much an ADC as Caitlin, even though she is far more difficult. Same goes for Zed being harder than Fizz, it doesn't mean Zed isn't an assassin. Just because Illaoi is harder than Mundo, does not mean she is not a high damage tank.

#SECTION C My explanation of Poppy had nothing to do with balancing fiora around counterpicks. It was a simple explanation of how the matchup works, since this all started with how high damage tanks are good vs fiora.

#SECTION D As a matter of fact, I personally HAVE found a way to play around zed, which is to minimize his ability to snowball by conceding lane dominance and allow him to build up a 10-20 cs lead in lieu of getting multiple kills. My gripe in that thread was about the sheer number of champions who are forced into this position by Zed.

I'm surprised you didn't mention shen, I mean he's not HUGE damage but shen can block outright fiora's basic attacks for a long time and force her to not hit her vitals with his taunt, plus his dueling power is pretty good with his shields giving him higher hp to mitigate her true damage

Whoa friend, don't equate being tanky with being a tank :V Remember, bruisers and tanks are quite different!

But other than that nitpick, yeah Fiora is bullshit. She's not designed to be a bruiser, as anyone can tell. It'd be like a tank building glass cannon and still surviving. Off-builds are fine, but no champion should excel too well with a build that is clearly not supposed to be compatible with their kit.
