[Champion Concept] Vex, the Final Knight of Oblivion

Vex is going to be a hybrid damage MARKSMAN (finally, eh?) This champion will benefit largely from items such as Nashor's Tooth , Guinsoo's Rageblade , and Trinity Force Vex wields a crossbow, and his autos fire a black bolt of energy

Passive: You Dare Run?!- If Vex attacks a target with a lower or the same HP % than him, he gains a boost of Movement Speed, and gains a stack of (Bursting Energy) [Bursting Energy is something special to Vex, for every stack, his autos deal a certain amount of MAGIC DAMAGE]

Q: No Survivors- Vex fires an enchanted bolt, dealing his AD + AP damage, and scaling with each.

W: Hurt is Perfection- Vex gains a burst of power, gaining 10/20/30/40/50 AD and AP, and gives himself a boost to his movement speed.

E: True Leap- Vex jumps in the direction of your cursor, landing and dealing AP damage to all targets hit, and slowing his targets for a flat 20%.

R: LIMITLESS POWER- Vex fires a series of bolt at a single target (8/10/12) Each bolt does the damage of his AD plus 10% of his AP. If he kills his target, then Vex's cooldown on True Leap is reset.

Vex is a fighter in pure black leather, with a powerful crossbow

Lore: Vex was one of the Oblivion Knights, warriors who fight for no purpose other than destruction. Vex was one of the legendary "Deadeye's", the assassins of the Knights. Following many assassinations of powerful men, Vex realized that he himself could become the leader of the Oblivion Knights, considering the exceptional work he had done. Upon deciding this, he had a small group of men launch an attack on one of the Purity Knight's encampments, slaughtering all of the Knights in the area. Without realizing it, he had launched his army into a war.

During one battle, Vex was unable to be there at the start. As he sprinted, he heard the clash of men fighting, and without a seconds hesitation, fired a bolt forward, praying that it would hit an enemy. Unfortunately, it didn't work exactly as planned. He heard a large explosion, one that he knew the Oblivion Knights were incapable of. He pushed himself to the very limit, and upon reaching the battlefield, saw the men laying there, all men, except for one.

Vex knew instantly that this man was the one who had ended the war, and realized that he had to kill him. Before he could lift his crossbow though, his target turned and fled. Vex quickly formulated a plan, one where he would tell others that he planned to enter the League of Legends, and force his final opponent out of hiding.

(Hidden Passive): When Vex buys the Recurve bow, He says "Worse than what I usually work with, but it will have to do."

When taunting Benevier: "You are as bad as I am. In fact, you are worse. I didn't kill my army.
