I want URGOD to be a walking armory

I think you should just have him be a walking war machine, with a fat corpse stapled over the top of it

give him missiles and bombs and all the explosive destruction that Noxus would love, have his gut open up to reveal a minigun or a cannon inside, have bullet casings fly out of holes in his sides. make him look real gross and disgusting but also hype as fuck to watch him jump into a fight and wreck shit; have him barely be a man with all the technology he's hooked up to

i'd play the heck out of that
