ABILITIES
Passive: Resourceful
Energy Reserves: When Mutos is below 40% Health, Mutos reduces all of the cooldowns on his abilities by 2 seconds until he reaches 60% Health.
Power Reserves: When Mutos is below 40% Mana, he gains 15% increased damage on his damaging abilities until he reaches 60% Mana.
Mutos can only have one passive effect active at one time, prioritizing whichever is activated first.
Q: Surgical Precision/Soul Crusher (Normal) Mutos collects a sample from an enemy, dealing 35/75/115/155/195 (+65% AP) Magic damage and healing him for 50% of the damage dealt. If the attack is against a champion, Mutos also steals 10/15/20/25/30 Magic Resistance for 2 seconds. Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 9 Range: 400
(Super) Mutos readies a devastating punch, making his next basic attack deal 20/35/50/65/80 (+20/30/40/50/60% Total AD) bonus Magic damage and Slowing them by 30% for 2 seconds. If the attack is against a champion, he recovers 40 Mana. Health Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Cooldown: 9
W: Power Drain/Energy Drain (Normal) Mutos drains his own Health to recover some Mana for up to 5 seconds, draining his Health to recover 20/30/40/50/60(+3% Maximum Mana) Mana per second. Mutos can reactivate the ability to end the drain and recovery. Health Cost: 2% of his Current Health per second Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7
(Super) Mutos drains his Mana supplies to recover some Health for up to 5 seconds, draining his Mana to recover 15/20/25/30/35 (+2% of Missing Health) Health per second. Mutos can reactivate the ability to end the drain and recovery. Mana Cost: 2% of Current Mana per second Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7
E: Chemical Peel/Supersonic (Normal) Mutos fires out a syringe containing a debilitating chemical which deals 50/90/130/170/210 (+50% AP) Magic Damage the first enemy struck and marks them with "Disease" for 3 seconds. If Mutos attacks the Diseased unit with spells or basic attacks, the unit is dealt 2/3/4/5/6% of their Maximum Health in bonus Magic Damage. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Range: 1125
(Super) Mutos dashes forward at superhuman speeds, dealing 30/65/100/135/170 (+5% Maximum Health) Magic damage to units hit and Silencing them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Health Cost: 10% of Current Health Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Range: 500
Ult: Superhuman Passive: While Normal, Mutos gains 10/15/20/25% bonus Health Regen, Mana Regen and Ability Power.
Active: Mutos injects himself with a super serum, giving him 10/15/20/25% increased Health, Movement Speed and Attack Damage as well as a new ability set. If Mutos stays Superhuman for 7 seconds, he goes into Rage mode, reducing the costs of his abilities by 50% and reducing their Cooldowns to 4 seconds, but decreasing his Armor and Magic Resistance by 15 and slowly draining his Health by 7% of his Current Health per second. Mutos is Superhuman until the ability is reactivated. Cooldown: 4 (Note: If Mutos enters Rage mode while Energy Reserve is active, all Cooldowns are reduced to 2 seconds.)
