Riot - Can Chromas for Limited Skins be available in the BE Emporium if you own the skin?

I own Headmistress Fiora. I like this skin a lot. The Chromas for this skin are super fun too - BUT, since this skin is technically a Harrowing skin, the Chromas are only available during the Harrowing events, and this really sucks because that means they'll never go on BE sale. Can you make changes that if you own a limited skin, it's Chromas can go on BE sale during the Emporium?
