Jack Scratch, the Two Faced Sinner
Support Mage who grants powerful buffs and crowd control at the cost of his allies’ health.
Appearance: Very tall lanky human with a ragged appearance and thin, almost gaunt appearance. Mid to late 30’s in age. Wears a woolen newsboy style hat which covers his orange red hair. Hair is chin length and curly. His skin is pale, almost ghost like. Skin of the face appears very tight, like basically skin on a skull. Left eye appears to be a white glowing glass or metal orb while the right eye has a red iris while otherwise being normal. Nose is short and looks improperly set, as if broken at some point. A long linear scar from each corner of his mouth, giving him a Glasgow smile. Lips are very thin and a pale pink. A few teeth missing and what are left appear brownish yellow and decaying. Has short, yet curly, orange red goatee with no mustache or sideburns. Has small bronze or brass chain necklace around neck. Clothes appear ragged. Wears a red shirt with an orange stripe going down the center underneath a black cloth collared jacket. Jacket sleeves stop half way between wrist and elbow. Fingers are short but thin, with a golden wedding band on his left ring finger. In left hand he carries a wooden crane with a glowing pumpkin on the top. Crane is carved to look like a twisted set of vines or roots for the pumpkin top. Around right forearm (between jacket sleeve and wrist) there is a rusted rosary looking necklace wrapped around the arm. On the palm of right hand is a black pentagram tattoo. Carries a small cloth bag with a leather bound book sticking out of it; what looks like religious text is written in red ink.. Pants are khaki in color and design. Has black rope belt with circular metal belt buckle. His shoes are black, squarish slip on loafers. Speaks with a slight Boston style accent.
Basic attack animation: Swings cane (pumpkin forward) horizontally and launches a ball of orange enemy Crit Animation: Swings Cane downward in vertical motion
Passive: Tears for the Sinner Range 1000 Every 6 seconds, Jack leaches 0.666% of the current health from all nearby allied champions. This life is pooled like in the resource bar and is used like mana for Jack's abilities. Maximum Life is 400. When pool is full, leaching stops and will not start until 6 seconds after casting a spell.
Jack starts with 200 Life in his resource bar at the start of the match. In addition whenever he casts a spell, the nearest allied champion is healed for the cost of the spell. The costs of spells increase at levels 6/11/16 instead of with rank.
Abilities:
Q:Hellish Rebuke 50/60/70/80 Life Cooldown:20/19/18/17/16 Range 600 Jack summons blue flames to wrap target ally or himself that last for 2 seconds. Flames block next enemy spell. If shield blocks a spell, the flames leap at the spell's caster, stunning them.
Stun Duration: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0
W: Devil's Bargain 75/90/105/120 Life Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Range: 600 Jack becomes stronger whenever he helps his allies take down their enemies, and when Jack becomes stronger, so do his allies.
Passive: Jack gains 10 bonus AP for every enemy champion takedown he is a part of.
Active: Target ally gains bonus 20/27.5/35/42.5/50(+5% AP)% Attack Speed and 10/12.5/15/17.5/20(+1%AP)% life steal for 4 seconds
E: Eldritch Blast 50/65/80/95 Life Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Range 900 Jack fire an orb of black energy from his right hand, damaging all enemies in its path. Enemy champions struck are marked for 3 seconds. If an allied champion deals damage to a marked target, the mark is consumed and the target is rooted and loses armor for 1.5 seconds.
Damage: 80/110/140/170/200(+50% AP) Armor Debuff: 5(+2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5% AP)
R: Seasons in the Abyss 200 Life Cooldown 150/125/100 Range 1000 Jack opens up a gate to hell on a target location. After a 1.0 second delay, it erupts in a pillar of fire and deals damage to all enemies within 300 units and knocks them up for 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. Allies in the AoE when it erupts gain bonus AD and MS for 3 seconds.
Damage: 200/325/450(+75% AP) magical damage. Bonus AD: 15/25/35 Bonus MS: 25/40/55%
