Here is my thought on the chromas (YES!), and I would like to see Black Frost Anivia and Final Boss Veigar in the mix; but anyways, I think all classic and traditional skin chromas should be purchasable by both IP and RP; while all additional RP skin chromas should be RP only. This is my $0.05; let me know what you all think!

I can't wait for them. I really hope veigar has a purple color. I want to apply it to the White Mage Veigar skin
