Plue [ploo] is a snow (white fur and hair) female yordle born and raised from the Freljord. Her main role is a duo-lane mage, taking completely over the role a marksman is suppose to fill, she will plan her moves ahead of time and use strategies in battle that heavily rely on her teammates as a catalyst of sorts; because of this her difficulty is intended to be very hard to master the champion.

Basic Attack Range: 575 units Base Attack Damage: 72 +2 per level [cannot be increased further with items, runes, or masteries] Attack Speed: 0.675 +4% per level Movement: 335 units per second

Thinking Ahead (Passive): Ranks: @levels 1/5/9/13/17 Whenever Plue does not attack anything in the last 6/5/4/3/2 seconds with her basic attack then her next basic is enhanced to deal 150% of her base attack damage (+80%AP) magic damage and healing herself for the damage dealt, heal for 33% of the damage dealt against minions.

Plue cannot gain any bonus attack damage and her abilities do not have cast times.

Ice: Barrier / Beam (Q): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds / 1 second; Cost: 50 / 20 Mana; Range: 800 / 600 units 1st Cast: Plue creates an ice barrier around the target ally for the next 4 seconds, if the target takes damage then it creates a 100/125/150/175/200(+80%AP) shield and the remaining ice barrier duration is halved.

2nd Cast: Plue fires an ice beam in the target direction based on the ice barrier's location dealing 60/75/90/105/120(+70%AP) magic damage to struck enemies.

Snow Blast (W): Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 1 Snow Charge + 50 Mana; Range: 850 / 425 units Passive: Plue creates a snow charge every 18/16/14/12/10 seconds, up to a maximum of 5 snow charges at one time.

On Ground Cast: Plue creates a visible snow pile on the ground remaining in play for the next 20/45/70/95/120 seconds granting a large amount of vision around it and applying as an ally unit for Plue and her team. If an enemy champion stands on a snow pile for 1 second then it will be destroyed, if a snow pile is currently affected by an ice barrier then it is immune to being destroyed during the duration.

On Ally Cast: Plue blasts snow around the target ally to deal 80/100/120/140/160(+70%AP) magic damage to struck enemies and slow them down by 50/60/70/80/90% for 1 second.

Catapult (E): Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana; Range: 1250 units Plue flings a giant snowball to the target location dealing 100/130/160/190/220(+100%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck, this can damage structures at 30% of the damage.

Mark of the Blizzard (R): Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: Global / 800/1000/1200 units Plue sets a target on the target enemy champion, after a 6 seconds delay the target is marked indefinitely until killed or Plue marks a different enemy champion.

When the marked enemy champion dies it creates a large blizzard around it for the next 6 seconds slowing enemies within by 80% and silencing them as well.

If Plue gains a kill or assist on the dying marked champion then she permanently gains 20 ability power.

Current bonus ability power earned: X

RAVE MASTER!!! FAIRY TAIL!!!! dies of rabies sorry the name reminded me of some very pleasant manga related memories. great champ concept though. i love the summoner 32 snow summoner 31 and ice theme, it's a very welcome change from Lissandra Lissandra's crazy ice witch-ness

thanks - i tried to create a 'meta mix-up' champion where you take a mage instead of a marksman; but also creating a more friendly champion and having yordles in more places that is not bandle city expands the world of Runeterra further

She'd honestly have to go mid cause you need an adc. I don't think she should get ap for killing champions cause that's veigers thing.

Its AP on a target that knows you are targeting the champion way before hand; also Thresh gets AP on his passive as well.

So the goal of a marksman is a sustain damage dealer that is gold reliant rather than level reliant and can take objectives like towers and inhibitors well. Ability Power does affect your ability to take objectives. You don't need a marksman, you just need someone that fulfills the role of someone that can take towers from range and can be a backline DPS source to take down tanks, her passive, Q, and W are all intended to be sustain damage abilities so that you can have a constant up time in damage to burn through high health and high magic resisted targets. And then she has good attack speed and range for objective taking later on; very high really early game base AD to stand toe-to-toe with marksmen and sustain on her passive to off-set not having a Doran's Blade's lifesteal, to avoid cheese strats with the high level 1 base AD she cannot gain bonus AD (the level 1 AD is the same as the average marksman's at level 1)

Enough gibber gabber, point is she is meant to be a meta-shifting champion forming a true mage-type in the duo-lane and forgoing a marksman entirely since she fulfills the same role.
