Created from the deepest part of the ocean, where no life was ever thought to ever exist, comes forth Filia bursting full of energy to the surface!

Filia is a cute creature, but one without a distinct form since she is made of an unique liquid that - as far as anyone else knows about - only her body possesses. This liquid does contain mostly water however, which means she needs to always live in or at least nearby a body of water to survive, classifying her as a one-of-a-kind amphibian.

Now, uniqueness alone does not make one a champion of Runeterra, but have an immense amount of power does. Though she loves protecting others and seeing those she likes safe, no matter the species, she is also a merciless killer to those she does not like and to those that do not aid her. In other words, never say no to Filia because that will be your final no you will ever say!


Filia is an immobile assassin when isolated, but when she is with her team she is super mobile, very hard to kill, and makes any desired teammate tankier!

Filia has low burst damage, so she depends heavily on her team being nearby to dip in and out, which means she needs to keep her teammates alive in order to kill her targets. No team means she is a squishy champion that is going to have a hard time killing anyone and no where to run and hide to.

There is no "i" in "team" which means Filia is not the champion for those that do not play nicely with others.


Attack Range: 425 units Movement: 325 units per second


Absorb (Passive):

Cooldown: 6/4.5/3/1.5 seconds @1/6/11/16 (lowers with CDR); Range: 700 units

Filia absorbs around the target allied champion that she right-clicked on, going into stasis for up to 1.5 seconds and granting the target 15%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction while absorbed around them.

Filia can dash to any allied unit, but she does not go into stasis or grant it damage reduction and the cooldown is increased by +3 seconds.

Splash (Q):

Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds; Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana; Dash: 550 units; Damage: 425 units

Normal Cast: Filia splashes out water around her, dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+65%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies.

Absorb Cast: Filia plops through the air to the target location, dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+65%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies. If Filia directly lands on an enemy champion, then Absorb's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.

Unbreakable Bubble (W):

Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds; Cost: 70/85/100/115/130 mana; Range: 700 units

Normal Cast: Filia expands herself and becomes stationary for 2 seconds, protecting allies inside for 120/180/240/300/360(+120%AP) shield, causing herself to take the damage instead. If the bubble bursts, then Filia's Absorb goes on cooldown and she deals 80/125/170/215/260(+140%AP) magic damage to enemies within.

After 2 seconds, if the bubble does not burst, then she collapses and brings in all enemies to her location.

Absorb Cast: Filia heals the target for 80/120/160/200/240(+80%AP) health and self for 60/90/120/150/180(+60%AP) health.

Burst (E):

Cooldown: 9 seconds; Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana; Range: 425 units

Filia explodes outward, knocking away all enemies 500 units and dealing up to 100/140/180/220/260(+110%AP) magic damage based on how close they were to her.

(Casting while in Absorb will take you out of it.)

Bouncing Blorb (R):

Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds; Cost: 100 mana

For the next 3/4/5 seconds, Absorb has no cooldown, gains 50/100/150 bonus range, and Filia deals 60/95/130(+35%AP) magic damage to enemies she passes through. Jumping to non-champions grants a 0.75 second cooldown.

(For the duration, Bouncing Blorb can be cast again to use Absorb in addition to right-clicking.)

Burst: Cost lowered to 65/70/75/80/85 from 75/80/85/90/95 mana Clarified that casting Burst will take you out of Absorb if you were currently surrounding an allied champion

Bouncing Blorb: Cooldown increased to 120/105/90 from 120/100/80 seconds Base damage increased to 60/95/130 from 60/90/120


(Just some balance adjustments, decided to give some kind of self-heal due to her short range mage kit, granted she can only heal with an ally around.)

I feel like the absorb cast of w is way too powerful. 100% ap heal ratio while untargetable sounds way to powerful.

Reminds me of a void support me and my brother came up with.

Only with more damage/healing and less setting up traps from very far away/reviving dead people as hulking monstrosities.

Really should write that one down someday...
