Gogo, the Booming Florence
Gogo is a young lady vastayan that mostly resembles a beautiful flower, especially her flower petal hair (emphasis on flower petals). Despite her sweet appearance, she is quite destructive, using the power of nature to create explosions... lots and lots of explosions! These explosions are of the utmost beauty with their vibrant colours and wonder, but still just as effective with destruction, which is beauty in Gogo's eyes.
Gogo caught word of other fellow explosion lovers through-out Runeterra. So she went out on a quest to gather all of the great and highly skilled explosion lovers and form her own team. What this world needs is a booming revival, and the best way to do that is with a chain reaction! (Not actually the best way, but Runeterra will receive a great awakening of some kind, that is for sure.)
Gogo is an immobile high-burst mage that is all about keeping her momentum rolling through getting kills or assists to refund her cooldowns, or simply landing her abilities to keep her ultimate going full steam airborne. She lives for the chain reaction and that is where her gameplay is most satisfying!
Attack Range: 575 units Movement: 340 units per second
Chain Resprouting (Passive):
Gogo refunds 50% of her pre-mitigated active cooldowns and heals for 150(+100%AP) health whenever she gains a champion kill or assist.
Blast Bulb (Q):
Cooldown: 7 seconds; Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana; Range: 650 units; Explosion: 500 units
Gogo blasts a bulb from her... ahem... to the target location, exploding on impact for up to 120/165/210/255/300(+120%AP) magic damage based on how close struck enemies were to the centre of the blast, minimum 10% damage.
Boom-Boom Seed (W):
Cooldown: 15 seconds; Cost: 90 mana; Range: 750 units; Explosion: 150 units
Gogo tosses a seed to the target location, rolling further on the ground based on distance thrown, when it comes to a stop it will explode after 0.75(-0.1 per 100AP) second, dealing 75 magic damage to nearby enemies and exploding into 2/3/4/5/6(+1 per 100AP) seeds nearby, each of which exploding after 0.75 second and dealing 75 magic damage each.
Every seed that damages at least one enemy champion or epic monster will reduce Boom-Boom Seed's cooldown by 1 second per seed.
Stink Bomb (E):
Cooldown: 12 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 750 units; Explosion: 400 units
Gogo unleashes rotting [censored material] to the target location, exploding on impact to destroy shields for 40/55/70/85/100% of their total value, apply grievous wounds, silence, and slow by 80% for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds against struck enemies.
Helipetals (R):
Cooldown: None; Cost: 100% Charge; Explosion: 450 units
Passive: Gogo gains 15/22.5/30% charge whenever one of her abilities hits an enemy champion or epic monster, once per ability cast. She also gains 0.5/1.25/2% charge for every explosion that happens near her, regardless of the source. At 100% charge, Helipetals can be cast.
You can gain charge while Helipetals is currently active.
Active: Gogo spins her petals like a helicopter, gaining flight for 5 seconds allowing her to float over all units and terrain. She slowly descends downward over the duration, granting her 100% to 10% increased ability cast range based on her current altitude.
UPDATE NOTES:
Blast Bulb: Cost increased by 10 mana for each rank
Boom-Boom Seed: Removed +75%AP ratio from the first seed explosion Now the first seed has its fuse time reduced by -0.1 per 100AP (minimum 0 seconds obviously) to help quickened the burst process, while decreasing the damage of the spell, getting the player to land the multiple seeds rather than going for the one seed
Helipetals: Removed the second cast that would be a short radius area stun and percentile max health magic damage.
(It was added in for more player choice, but the spell already has player choice since you can fly over terrain with it in addition of turning you into a long range mage. So all the second cast was doing was giving unneeded bonus power, especially since Stink Bomb is already there to set up her spells to do well (directly aiding Boom-Boom Seed).)
