[Passive] Bringer of Death: End is a being of the underworld unbound by physical laws, this grants him several abilities; End is able to move through units, has increased movement speed outside of combat, is able to enter spectral stealth if he remains still for 6 seconds this ability remains active while moving but breaks if he attacks or receives damage. Lastly end is able to harvest the souls of the fallen. Harvested souls restore 5% of ends missing mana and increases his maximum health but does not restore health so long as he is missing mana, this stacks up to a maximum of 100 souls, every 10 souls collected permanently increases his health (50), movement and attack speed (5) .

[Basis] Death's touch, every 5 basic attack causes enemies to take 2% of his maximum mana as true damage while reducing their armor and resistance for the next 3 seconds. While in spectral stealth Ends next attack or ability will critically strike cleaving all units in a 60 degree arc and slowing them for the next .6 seconds and removes him from stealth.

[Q] Grim grip, End extends a spectral hand to damage, grab and pull a target enemy closer to his location. The hand extends 600 units in a target direction to grab and squeeze the target silencing them for 1.2 seconds and dealing 5 /6 /7 / 8/ 9/ 10% (+40%Ap) of End's current health as damage and life-steal while dragging them to his location. This ability does not restrict ends movement but he is unable to cast any other ability while tethered 6 sec cd.

W Phantom fire, end dashes 600 units in a target direction becoming a smoky ball of flames that moves through walls and damages enemy units inflicting 2% of his maximum mana over .8 secs as he traveles through them and applying deaths touch to the affected targets. While traveling end is immune to all forms of crowd control and does not break stealth.

E Consume the shadows, end channels dark energies for 6 seconds drawing the surrounding shadows and souls into himself draining 5/10/15/20/25% of his missing health from enemy units within 800 units slowing them by 20/30/40/50/60% and gains a stacking shield while he channels, any damage sustained breaks the shield causing it to explode negating and reflecting 40% of the damage to knock back units in the area. [ hidden special effect] Souls harvested this way are doubled and temporarily grant on hit magic damage for the duration of the channel (only works when a soul is absorbed while channeling, lasts 5 secs).

[Hidden special effect] The combined use of consume the shadows and grim grip refund 10% of soulrender's cool down.

R Soul render, End enters his spectral form then strikes forward 400 units in a 150 unit area at his target's soul stunning them and inflicting 25% of their current health (+80% of his Ap) over 1.5 secs causing them to suffer reduced tenancy and magic resistance. This ability executes champions below 30% of their maximum health by extracting their soul, executed champion souls are instantly harvested restoring 10% of ends health and mana and allows him to remain in his spectral form for the next 10 seconds. 1 minute cd.

[passive] heart strikes, While End is in spectral form, for the next 10 seconds all his basic attacks are aimed for his targets heart, causing them to have a much higher rate and frequently to critically strike these hits cause the targets to bleed 5/10/15% of ends maximum health over 5 seconds almost always resulting in their deaths surviving champions however gain an after effects to this that cause them to be immune to damage for 5 seconds after bleed effect ends.

Champion Breakdown.

End is an ancient wraith entombed on the shadow isles. Over the last century his crypt was opened releasing him to once again roam the mortal realms. End is a Melee champion who uses the power of the afterlife to subdue his enemies. Ends background allows him high mobility outside combat as well as some very haunting other abilities, at levels 1-5 he must remain still for 6 seconds to enter his spectral form but from level 6 and every other this abilities wait time is reduced by 1 second allowing him more tactical play over the course of the game. His Ability soul harvest Allows him a means of reclaiming lost mana from battles and also increases his maximum health by 5 points per soul, however this ability prioritizies mana over health meaning he regains no health so long as he is low on mana, harvested souls drop depending on what has fallen, every 2 minions drop 1 soul, small monsters drop 1 each, large monsters drop 2 and epic monsters and champions drop 5. For every 10 souls collected End gains a permanent increase to his movement and attack speed of the same amount allowing him to quickly move around the map and fell his prey once caught off guard.

Is spectral stealth the one that can be seen if the enemy is within certain range or the one that cannot be seen unless they have true sight? To be frank, I think being able to enter stealth if you don't move for 6 seconds is straight out not fun. Like, you can start the game with q, and you just q them into your minions, dealing around 20% of their hp (minions op). What if you give his w the stealth but remove it from passive?

What I mean is at the end of the dash, End becomes invisible for 3 seconds or so. It is invisible because someone will likely be in range if it is stealth, making it pointless. But I liked the idea for the passive where you can gain something from standing still, so maybe triple his mana regen for as long as he remains still but requires a minimum 3 seconds? That [basis] can also be kept because why not ;)

Adding a few ap ratios in there would also be nice. Right now this guys can literally build full tank, leaning toward getting hp, and still have mage level damage. The q is fine, but e is definitely too much. I suggest changing it to 7/9/11/13/15% missing hp (+30% AP).

I think this is a little too much. It's fine if it refunds a flat amount (let's say 5 seconds), but 50% is big. With 40% cdr, the ult's cd is 36 seconds. 36 seconds. By reducing its cd by 50%, it becomes 18 seconds. I think that is a weird number to have. First of all, it is way too strong for laning, like, you can literally deal 25%+ Maximum HP damage to your target every 18 seconds from a point and click ability. Just like his e, lowering the hp scaling and increase the ap will be ideal. Right now this ult is like Cho'gath 2.0, but also stuns.
