Annie rework idea
I made a post about this before stating that she needs a visual and voice update, i also came up with a few ideas for a new kit too.
One idea i had firstly was a name change: From Annie - The Dark Child to Annie - The Incendiary Infant
Abilities
Passive Pyromania
Annie gains stacks of Pyromania upon casting a spell, maximum 4 stacks Granting her unique bonuses on her abilities.
Q: Fire Ball
Annie throws a fire ball towards the target dealing 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% AP) If Fire ball kills the target, 2 extra fireballs will be created and bounce onto nearby targets dealing 50% of the damage
Pyromania: Annie stuns the target enemy for 1 second
If Tibbers is out, He will leap to the target
W: Incinerate
Annie releases a cone of fire in the target direction, dealing 75/100/150/200/250 (+ 75% AP) ** Pyromania:** Cone radius increased from 625 to 875. After casting Annie leaves behind fire within the target direction that deals 1/2/3/4/5% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of the targets maximum health as magic damage
If Tibbers is out, Tibbers basic attacks will deal an additional 1% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of the targets max health on his basic attacks
E: Molten Shield
Annie receives (+7% per 100 AP) damage reduction for the next 3 seconds Enemies who deal basic attack or ability damage receive 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 20% AP) as magic damage
Pyromania: Annie receives (+10% per 100 AP) damage reduction for the next 5 seconds. Additionally, Annie deals 55/95/135/175/215 (+ 10% AP) to enemies within a 650 unit radius of Annie
If Tibbers is out, he will gain immunity instead of damage reduction for the respective duration
R: Tibbers (Toggle)
Annie throws up her Teddy bear turning into Tibbers, knocking up all enemies in the target area for 1 second dealing 200/300/400 (+ 50% AP) Annie can re-cast Tibbers to return Tibbers back to a teddy bear (5 second cool down)
Tibbers stats:
HP: 1000/2000/3000 (+ 100% AP) Defence(MR & A): 60/70/80 (+ 10% AP) Attack: 70/100/130 (+ 10% AP) Attack Speed: 1 + (+ 0.1 per 100 AP) Movement Speed: 360/390/420
Active: Teddy Guardian
When Annie falls below 50% health, Tibbers will ignore all other enemies and and protect Annie, prioritising enemies that attack Annie
Upon Annie falling, Tibbers becomes enraged. Whilst enraged, Tibbers becomes invulnerable but his hp decreases rapidly, Tibbers' movement speed is increased by 50% and prioritises the enemy that dealt the final blow.
If Tibbers falls whilst out, the skill will go on cooldown
I wanted to have Annie's passive play more into her kit instead of it being either a single target stun or an aoe stun. This also gives Annie more variety to her kit rather than her being a stack-passive-then-ult champion.
Additionally, since Tibbers is a big part of her kit currently, since most of her burst comes from summoning him on a champion. I wanted to keep it that way by allowing her to summon him when she pleases but having the damage reduced.
