**Basic: ** Coellachiel is a ranged support mage who pulls the strings of a fight by carefully positioning and displacing participants. The picture is of the DoTA 2 Weaver, whom I find rather fitting.
**Lore: ** There was no fate. Everyone was in full control of his or her life. But one day, something- a godling, perhaps, or a powerful void creature, came to this world. He was powerful and he knew it. And he was clever. Instead of claiming his power head on, he has found amusement for centuries in writing our destinies. Our loves, deaths, even words. And a place such as the League has all of them. No wonder he has come here looking for more fun.

United champions take part of the damage taken by another attached champion to themselves, reducing the damage taken by the individual champion. They also recieve part of healing effects, which are not reduced. If all teammates are alive, the bond range increases to global and it gives vision in 125 units around it.

If the ally is Soulbonded to an enemy (see E), the bolt continues onwards to that enemy. Coellachiel can also cast this on an enemy Soulbounded to himself.

During that time, Coellachiel can toss the lifted champion to an area, damaging and knocking back enemies in the area while only knocking back allies.

The same is applied to any enemies Soulbounded to the ally. A copy of the ally that deals 40% and recieves 250% damage, but can cast spells and is invulnerable for the first second it is created, is left behind for a period of time. Upon the expiration or death of the copy, the ally (and the Soulbound enemy) are returned.
