Oorozazch, the Winter Wraith
Oorozach, first and foremost, was made to make up for the Leagues lack of tacticians. We have a lot of champions called such - looking at you, Swain and Azir - but none of them actually grasps, as I view it, the role of a military genius, commanding from the back line and yet vital for the army. With Oorozach, I seek to correct that.

When an enemy champion passes it, he or she gets slowed by 20% for 2 seconds and is revealed for the same duration. The same effect can then not trigger on the same champion for 5 seconds. This also emits a sound effect.

They attack any enemies that come into 175 range, dealing 10+(50%/60%/70%/80%/90% AP) magic damage and slowing them for 20% for 2 seconds. In addition, between them a line of ghastly figures forms, slowing any enemies who try to pass through them by 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% for 1.5 seconds. Mana Cost: 110 Cooldown: 12/12/11/11/10 Range: 900

The revenant grants the ally 5/10/15/20/25 bonus armor. In addition, while the revenant is active, Oorozach gains an alternative ability set that he can cast from the allied units position. Q: Oorozach fires an ice spike that deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+100% AP) to first enemy hit. Costs 50 mana and adds 5 to the secondly mana cost of revenant. Can be used every 5 seconds. W: Oorozach removes the revenant. E: Oorozach fears an enemy in a 325 range for 1.5 seconds. Limited to 1 use per revenant Mana Cost: 10(+2 per scond expired) for evey second after 5 seconds (the initial seconds are free) Cooldown: 35, from the end of the revenant. Reduced by 5 every time the revenant-guarded ally or the revenant kills or assists in the kill of an enemy champion.

Every 20/18/16/14/12 seconds, the Haunt readies a wraith. When an enemy comes into 500 range or attack the tower or Haunt, all wraiths are released, travelling towards nearest enemy and exploding for 5/10/15/20/25 damage per wraith upon reaching one. In addition, the explosion slows nearby enemies. The wraiths move at 250 move speed and do not chase enemies beyond 1000 range. Mana Cost: N/A Cooldown: N/A, limited to 1 haunt. Range: 325

In the middle of it, he becomes frozen inside a pillar of ice that functions as a tower with 775 range, attacking enemies(with tower aggro rules) for 100/150/200 true damage per attack at 0.83 attack speed. Towers are immune to his attacks. Mana Cost: 125 Cooldown: 220/200/180 Duration: 12 seconds.

But the cold of the place could even freeze the passages to afterlife, and Raumunds soul lingered still, when centuries later, the Ice Witch retuned. Promised the glory and power he was robbed of, he now leads Lissandras army to battle under the name of Oorozach. The Winter Wraith.

R and azirs passive but with a few changes anywhere on the map. While the ability to place a turret anywhere is interesting,
can already do this, and he can do this without causing himself to be taken out of the fight(essentially becoming the turret, as your champion suggests.) As a side note, a turret's range is 775. This ability basically allows you to outrange turrets and push like crazy(Yes, I know
already does that with his ult, but you dont use him for that.)
