[Champion Concept] - Nashzag, The Bane's Hand
Some feedback please- I'd really like to know what you think about him. Also, maybe someone can suggest some art for him?
Nashzag, The Primordial Bane
Basic: Nashzag is a melee fighter/assassin and a mage who relies on dashing into his enemies midst, hacking them into pieces with his AoE abilities but requiring the advantage of a little CC. He looks like a spirit of red-glowing smoke that is outfitted with black metal claws and and an armor set that doesn't cover him at all. His head(place) resembles a fanged monstrous human head with two eyes that seem to absorb lookers into their lightless depths. Lore: Nashzag is as old as the land we live on- and maybe older. When the first battles between Light and Dark took place, he was there to feed on the fury of the righteous and the wicked. Whenever you feel angered, spiteful, jealous- the Bane is not far. For centuries, Nashzag walked Runeterra as a shadow, unseen, only a passing of dark emotions. But as mortals fought their wars, Bane's power grew- until one day, the steady income of hate stopped. Shocked to sentinence by hunger, the aspect of mortals' dark sides now walks the Fields of Justice, and claims the emotions that rightfully belong to him!
Abilities:
Passive: *Bane *: Nashzag gains a little exp every time a nearby unit/champion/structure is damaged. His abilities also gain a bonus effect at max rank.
Q: Gather the Flock: Nashzag fires an orb to the target location that slows enemy champions in an area around it. After a few seconds or when reactivated, the orb pulls in and damages all enemies (including creeps) in the area, with closer enemies taking more damage. The orb is destroyed in the process. If this is triggered by reactivation, Bane is also teleported to the orb's location. At max rank, this ability also deals dps to enemies near the orb and heals Nashzag equal to a part of the damage dealt.
W: Mortality: Passively causes Nashzag's first basic attack in a few seconds to stun and deal bonus damage to enemies below a certain health % treshold. On activation, Nashzag starts channeling while dealing increasing amounts of dps to enemies around him. At max rank, enemies above a certain health % treshold hit are silenced.
E: Depression: Afflicts a heavy slow on nearby enemy champions. At max rank, this ability also reduces the atk speed, ad and ap of hit enemies.
R: Omnipresence: Nashzag divides into 4 clones that dash out, damaging enemies they pass through. These clones each own a small percent (25%-35%) of Nashzag's current stats except speeds, range, crit chance and lifesteal. They can move and attack separately, but if one dies, Nashzag dies. Nashzag can cycle between controlling them by pressing R. Nashzag's abilities are replaced by an ability with moderate range around a clone that causes all clones to dash to target location, again damaging enemies they pass through and reforming. Any damage dealt to those clones is also applied to Nashzag, but debuffs, slows etc. are not. At max rank, enemies hit when Nashzag divides are also knocked back and briefly stunned.
, but whatever. I would suggest maybe reworking the ult just because it sounds like it would be too much on screen at once with five of the champ running around for however those clones last. Maybe just have him shoot out the 4 clones like skill shots that slow and damage their target. Idk just my thought sounds good tho.
