Making Yuumi the Cat magical - Yuumi "rework" ideas

So, as you may know, Yuumi is not at all strong right now and in fact has one of the lowest winrates for any new or reworked champion (29.71%) [https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/bor2pk/yuumi_winrate_so_far_is_2971/]

Anyways, I have a few ideas how she could be changed and even mini reworked to make her better. I know the final changes to her leading up to her release probably aren't going to be that radical, but I just wanted to try and present a version of her that would be more gameplay- and decision-intensive and less of an afk troll pick.

If proc'd while she is attatched, the mana restored also goes to the champion she is attatched to. If Yuumi unattatches from a shielded champion, the shield remains with the champion she was attatched to.

This cannot occur more than once per shield, i.e the second cast on a shielded ally would still heal like normal. Movement speed bonus remains unchanged.

These changes should incentivise actual activity via moving between allies with her W as it now gives her considerable added benefits, make her choose between poking attatched with some actual damage or setting up engages from a dangerous unattatched position, but also allow her to be more impactful with better buffs and CC, and give her some semblance of a basic combo (unattatched Q>proc passive>attatch>E to boost passive and allow for ally to keep on the target safely>ally engage>R).

Im not sure if those changes would actually overtune her, but I'm not a balance expert, this is just my side of how to make her more engaging, impactful and strong as a pick. I would certainly like to hear y'all's opinions on the matter!

I personally disagree. Yuumi's power comes from scaling off of other champions. She's best played with someone with a ton of power, like Veigar or Jhin. Also, I think you should try building Deathcap on Yuumi; as you become a BF Sword for anyone you're on, increase the amount of AP the one you're attached to gives you AND nuke with Q and heal nuke with E.

The only thing I want for Yuumi:

-Increase Yuumi's self Movement speed from E (After her ally dies, atm she's almost certain to die too) -Make Q's damage an aoe, or increase the ratio/base by 30% (Even with substantive AP, it's the weakest enchanter skill shot in the game. It can barely do 200 damage to an adc at 200 AP at max range/3 sec duration)

She also has so little sustain that after about 12 minutes, her Passive becomes completely useless. She can't dismount on risk of being one shot at that point, especially a dismount in where she auto attacks.
