Choose your Destiny - A Twisted Fate Rework Concept

So, with all the reworks on the table recently, we gotta look at old boy TF. He's a champion I've always liked, he is fun to play, but a bit on the weak side right now and not seen very often. His kit is a bit outdated and contains an example of the infamous point and click stun, but he isn't very strong right now, so here's my idea how to rework him. The idea was to maintain his snowball potential whilst adding both more options to punish him should he mess up as well as ways to make him work well mechanically if you have a good grasp of him. It also pushes the choice of card mechanic more to the centre of his kit, adding to the feeling of that correct W use mattering to your Destiny

New! Kills on large monsters and minions grant him two dice rolls for 2-12 gold; kills on champions grant four rolls for 4-24 gold.
