Kass. Unless they be giving Talon a butt-cape in exchanges for his bladed-multi-cape (a core part of his look), I doubt it's for him.

My only counter is that we just saw PROJECT: Zed.

Then again, this is the skins team that released an Ekko skin 10 weeks after his release (meanwhile, Yorick). So, who knows.

Kassadin The blade is exactly like his blade (at least how it is on his hand and such). The horns on the head also give it away.
