Garen rework idea

passive : the longer enemy attacks are shot to garen from long distance the lesser damage it will be (jinx/cait/lux/ez ults hi)

q: skill shot like riven but makes a long mark on the ground (half long as rumble ult) deals magic dmg over time and slow

w : the same but with hp regen passive (half effect of the current one)

e : garen leap skill shot if he lands on enemy he will silence him 1 sec and deals small dmg

R : Garen size becomes bigger and gain armor/mr buff and his dmg is reduced by half when activated for 6 seconds and when reactivated all enemies in his range will be feared for 1 second and his armor is reduced by the same amount of what he got earlier but gains instead the same amount of that as an AD/lethality buff for 4 seconds

That's basically another champion you've made there. When reworking a champion you have to figure out what their identity is, both thematically and mechanically, so you can maintain it. As a Garen main it looks to me like you've just replaced him with a new champion, rather than rework him.
