Why not make Essence Reaver's CDR like Warmog's Heart?
UNIQUE Passive: Grants Dauntless if you have at least 50% critical strike chance. Dauntless: Grants 20% cooldown reduction.

Hm. I agree, the nerf would help. I also want the lifesteal back, (I mean, its the Essence Reaver--it doesn't feel right unless some Essence is being Reaved), but it was already too strong, so it makes sense on the balance level.
