Obviously this would have to be an on-going project, as with recall animations, but since Champion Select now has global select quotes - I think it'd be awesome for champions to react to being banned!

Some existing quotes would probably work as a plug until you get their voice actors back in - would kinda suck if it was only new champions and reworks (since so many reworks have already happened).

This seems like a really good idea and I'd love to see it implemented, but there also seems like there could be a major roadblock or two in the way of it. Namely, voice talent for older champions. I think they don't have a lot of them on the roster still.

It's not impossible, but they'd probably have to use preexisting quotes for a lot of places, especially older champs, and some of them might not fit as well by comparison.

While I'm here though:
