##Passive: Umbra Blades ##Static Cooldown: 10 Seconds

INNATE: Nocturne's basic attacks is periodically enhanced, dealing 120% AD physical damage to his target and surrounding enemies.

Ability Details: Basic attacks reduce Umbra Blades' cooldown by 1 second.

##Q: Shroud of Darkness ##Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 Mana ##Cooldown: 8 seconds ##Target Range: 1200

ACTIVE: Nocturne sends out a darkness shroud in a line that if hit's an enemy cause them to be feared. Enemies who are feared, cause Nocturne to be ghosted when moving towards them that also marks them, and if Nocturne attacks the marked enemy his next basic attack against them deals bonus damage.

Ability Details: The fear can be applied to more than one enemy but the duration is halved.

  • Fear Duration: 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 seconds
  • Bonus Movement Speed: 20% / 25% / 35% / 45% / 50%
  • Mark Physical Damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 [+ 80% AD]

##W: Unspeakable Horror ##Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 Mana ##Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 seconds ##Shadow Area of Effect: 500 ##Duration: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 3 / 5 seconds

ACTIVE: Transforms into a wave of shadow, able to go through walls. Enemies that are caught inside the shadow wave loose sight of everyone around them and only see Nocturne.

Enemies outside the shadow area cannot target Nocturne unless they go to the shadow area as well.

##E: Rapid Strikes

PASSIVE: Nocturne empowers his blades that permanently gives him bonus attack speed, this bonus is doubled if atleast one target is Feared or Nearsighted.

  • Attack Speed: 15% / 20% / 30% / 35% / 40%
  • Double Bonus: 30% / 40% / 60% / 70% / 80%

##R: Paranoia ##Cost: 100 Mana ##Cooldown: 150 / 125 / 100 Seconds ##Target Range: 3000 / 3250 / 4000 ##Nearsight Effect Radius: Global ##Fear Range: 750

ACTIVE: Nocturne applies a global Nearsight to all enemy champions for 4 seconds.

While Paranoia is active, Nocturne can activate it again to dash to the target enemy champion, dealing them physical damage and causing any other nearby enemies to be feared and flee from the targeted enemy.

  • Physical Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 100% bonus AD)
  • Fear Duration: 1.75 / 2 / 2.25

Some good ideas in there, but the W is absolutely broken. 5 seconds CC immunity, ability to pass walls and untargetability as long as the enemy isn't in your zone.... on 11 seconds CD... come on, dude.

That doesn't even include cdr, with 40% cdr, it goes down to 6,6 seconds. That is absolutely insane. You have to remove stuff here, as well as increase the CD. I would remove the CC immunity to begin with and the bonus AD. The skill needs counterplay. Right now, the enemy gets punished for entering the zone as well as staying out of it.
