Lamey [la(w) - mee] is a brightly coloured hummingbird champion where her main gameplay is a supportive-style marksman, someone who thinks of her teammates over herself, while still filling that gold reliant right-click-to-win marksman style. Her basic attack animation shoots out a echoing sound waves to her target.

Basic Attack Range: 575 units Movement: 340 units per second

Distorted Sound (Passive): Lamey's basic attacks on-hit put enemy champions into a daze for 1.25 seconds causing them to see all units as an enemy Teemo, they can damage and apply harmful effects to their own allies during this time.

Enemy executes from dazed champions grants Lamey the kill credit.

Echoing Orb (Q): Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds; Cost: 40 Mana; Range: 500 units Lamey's next basic attack is enhanced to become an echoing orb to alternate bounces between allies and enemies, this echoing orb can remain in play indefinitely until it fails to alternate bounces and more than one echoing orb can be in play at a time.

Whenever an echoing orb bounces off an enemy it deals (+30/35/40/45/50%AD) physical damage and heal allies, does not heal Lamey, for (+15/17.5/20/22.5/25%AD) health.

Sacrificial Chime (W): Cooldown: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds; Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Health; Range: 850 units Lamey sacrifices a portion of her health to create an ancient protective chime on the target ally champion for 1.5 seconds causing it to block the next incoming enemy ability.

If the chime blocks an ability then Lamey gains a large amount of joy for helping her team gaining 80/95/110/125/140% bonus attack speed and heal for 40/45/50/55/60(+20%bonus AD) health on-hit for 5 seconds.

Sacrificial Chime can be self-cast, but if it blocks an ability in this way Lamey does not get any bonuses from it.

Song Burst (E): Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana; Range: 350 units Passive: Lamey's movement creates echoing music notes that persist for 2 seconds, if other allies step on these notes then they are granted 15/20/25/30/35% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.

Active: Lamey summons a burst of ancient songs around all of her currently active abilities in play dealing 80/130/180/230/280(+50%bonus AD)(+50%AP) magic damage to struck enemies, damage cannot overlap.

Song of Retribution (R): Cooldown: 140/110/80 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana Passive: Lamey's basic attacks deal 2/3/4%(+1% per 50AP) of her target's maximum health as bonus magic damage on-hit.

Active: Lamey's next basic attack doubles in range, deals quadruple this passive's damage, and she can use this basic attack against an ally champion.

If Lamey attacks an ally champion it heals it for 300/450/600(+100%AP) health and in doing so permanently grants +25 bonus range to her basic attacks. If she dies half the total bonus range, rounded up, is lost.

Lamey's base basic attack range cannot exceed 725 units.

I'm sorry but that passive is wayyyyyyyyy too op. It would be extremely powerful in landing, just attack the enemy and if they weren't attacking you they can't tell who to hit. in temfights it would demolish aoe comps or teams with good engage, because of the ability to hit allies with negative effects.

Passive: Lamey's basic attacks deal 2/3/4%(+1% per 50AP) of her target's maximum health as bonus magic damage on-hit.

Sure, just wiat for the part where someone just decides to build 1000 AP, see how good your Idea is then
