That should be the skin they give ya when you reach Champion Mastery 7 for Braum.

This should/could be like one those skins that SMITE does, where they only change a bit of the God (in league's case, champion.) and they only cost a small amount of money compared to actual skins.

Also correct me if I'm wrong, but Ironstylus said that riot was tinkering with making small changes to champions visually and making those "skins". (Not Chroma's but something like, small model changes, like removing shoulder pads or something like that.)
