New Inspiration Tree Rune?
I had an idea for a new rune for the Inspiration tree that I think most mages would like, and I feel it fits with the theme of "Outwitting Mere Mortals". So, my idea is one of the these two ideas:

The mana costs of your basic abilities cost 5% less mana to cast.

You get 5 stacks at the beginning of the game. Every time you land an ability on an enemy champion you use 1 of these 5 stacks. The stacks will lower the mana cost of that ability by 1.5%.
You can either use all stacks on one ability or spread them out. (I, personally, would be fine if this rune replaced one of the runes in the Tomorrow or Beyond trees... or if it was just added in. I say mana specifically because I feel energy champions already get it pretty nice. C:)
Lemme know what you think! I would think of calling it Celestial Blessing... or something pretty and nice like the rest of the Inspiration runes.

Edit: The rune would be a higher focus on the early laning phase of the game.
