Charlotte, the Eternal Keeper

Charlotte is a female darkin and the opposite of a mindless killer and edgy personality. She has more of a pretty look and elegant figure, being created to undo the destruction that Aatrox creates, allowing for Runeterra to have a future as long as she remains alive.

Similar to Aatrox, Charlotte too wields a living, breathing sword that is forever bonded to her. If this sword is ever destroyed then so does her immortality, but she is always near it and it near her, using it to bring down those with the intent to destroy and undoing the destruction and wounds left behind.

Charlotte is slim, with her colours being a deep pink and white, being 60% of the size of Aatrox with female characteristics (and a lot more pleasing to the eyes), other than the differences, has a similar look to Aatrox.

Attack Range: 200 / 600 is a ranged champion, despite using a sword and having a base which is melee range Movement: 340 units per second Attack Speed: 0.554 +15% per level Attack Damage: Starts very high and ends very low by level 18

Blessed Sword (Passive):

Ranks: @levels 1/2/6/8/10/11/12/13/14; Range: 1000 units

When an allied champion or tower near Charlotte takes champion or epic monster damage, then Charlotte gains 400 attack range for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds and her attacks against large units heal herself and the last allied champion that took damage for 20(+60%AP) health.

Charlotte heals herself and the most wounded nearby allied champion for 10(+30%AP) health while her sword is not grown when attacking large units, 20% healing when attacking small units.

Charlotte cannot gain health regeneration of any kind.

The World Bringer (Q):

Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 health; Range: 1000 / 650 units

Self Cast: Charlotte takes flight for 4 seconds, gaining 60/70/80/90/100% total movement speed and able to fly over all units.

Ally Cast: Charlotte sends blossoming energy from the target ally to the closest enemy to it, prioritizing champions that last damaged the target, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+40%AP) plus 20/25/30/35/40% of the allied target's missing health (max 100/150/200/250/300(+80%AP) additional damage) as magic damage.

Blossom Barrier (W):

Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 100/110/120/130/140 health; Range: 1000 units

Charlotte grants the target damage immunity from the next enemy champion or epic monster attack or ability against it for 1.5 seconds and reflects 20/25/30/35/40(+40%AP) plus 40/55/70/85/100% of that damage back at the attacker as true damage, shattering the barrier afterwards.

If Blossom Barrier shatters, then Charlotte's sword grows and its heal is doubled to 40(+120%AP) health for the next 2.5 seconds.

Sacrifice (E):

Cooldown: 9 seconds; Range: 1000 / 600 units

Charlotte consumes 20/25/30/35/40% of the target allied champion's health, after a 1.5 seconds delay, heals the target for the health consumed plus (+75%AP) health. If the target allied champion is killed before the heal, then Charlotte loses 40% of her current health and is suppressed for 2 seconds.

If Charlotte was in flight, then she comes crashing down with her sword over 0.5 second, dealing magic damage equal to the health consumed by Sacrifice (max 60/90/120/150/180(+150%AP) magic damage) and stunning struck enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. This action consumes 15% of Charlotte's current health.

Undo (R):

Cooldown: 240/210/180 seconds; Cost: 50% current health; Range: Global

Depending on what most recently happened, Charlotte channels in place for 8/6/4 seconds, taking champion damage will disrupt this channel. If the channel completes, then she will completely reconstruct or resurrect either the last allied tower, inhibitor, or champion to full health and mana/energy at the location that they died at.

If the channel is disrupted, then her health cost and half the cooldown is refunded.

Reconstructed structures or resurrected champions no longer grant gold or experience for their next destruction or death. The same tower can only be reconstructed by this once per game.

NOTE: Sacrifice does count as an allied champion taking champion damage, for the sake of Blessed Sword.

UPDATE NOTES:

The World Bringer: Self Cast: Movement speed increase lowered to 60/70/80/90/100% from 60/75/90/105/120% total movement speed Ally Cast: Changed from allied champions only to allied targets, so can be cast against a minion or pet to not have the ability feel so restrictive or team reliant, even as a support. Base damage lowered to 50/70/90/110/130 from 50/75/100/125/150, the ability should be used on allies with low health for its damage rather than all around good harass, then follow it up with healing the target.

Sacrifice: Max damage changed to 60/90/120/150/180 +150%AP from 100/150/200/250/300 +100%AP Self health cost lowered to 15% from 25%

(The % health cost is to discourage tank builds since the balance to this stun and nuke is placing a squishy healer who damages herself in a high-risk and high-reward scenario, tank builds remove the risk for just reward. So the change reduces the base damage, but still allows for potentially high damage, when building ability power and not tank with the focus on ratio rather than base values since a tank build is nerfed by this we can let up on the health cost a little bit.)

Undo: Cooldown lowered to 240/210/180 from 300/240/180 seconds Cost lowered to 50% from 60% current health

(8 seconds channel is a really long time that is also very easy to disrupt, plus the nature of this ultimate has its power naturally in the late game and not as effective early on with low respawn timers, so a very long cooldown does not make sense early game, but a long cooldown even for ultimate standards makes sense for a powerful revive or reconstructing tool.)
