LORE http://img.4plebs.org/boards/tg/image/1421/81/1421815258653.jpg Art by Sephiroth Deep within the grips of nature resides the enigmatic Bandle City, a home to all yordles who reside in Runeterra. However, long ago, the dark sorcerer known as Veigar fled from the city in hopes of becoming the most powerful, most evil, most completely and utterly mighty mage the world has ever seen. The pint-sized mage traveled the world, learning the various arcane and dark magic arts of the world, and, in his wake, left behind footsteps for others to find him with. One such being who followed the growing villain was Twig, a young, highly influential yordle that just recently been brought into existence. While a little blunt with his words, Twig is an overall innocent child that doesn't quite understand the world and the various morals that drive it. Still impressionable and highly curious, the young yordle followed Veigar from an early age, seemingly surviving the outside world either from pure luck or due to manipulation from an outside force. Never the less, he traveled in Veigar's footsteps, learning a little bit of everything the mage learned. Eventually, the young yordle caught up with the villain, who, while first thinking of the kid as nothing more than a brat, quickly saw the potential for something greater. Taking the in Twig as his apprentice, Veigar taught the young lad in the ways of the arcane and showed him the true powers that Runeterra had to offer. While many would hear Veigar's ramblings and consider him insane, Twig saw only a wise scholar of endless knowledge, something that Veigar found highly enjoyable. From town to town they went, creating havoc and mischief wherever they went. Their ventures were truly tales to be told, either due to the sheer comedic nature they tended to have attached to them or as lessons of how not to use magic. Veigar and Twig ignored these malicious rumors, seeing their raids and plots as legendary in comparison to all of the other merely childish trifles happening elsewhere in the world. Indeed, what they were doing was collecting power so that, eventually, they could overcome all that stood before them. As Veigar continued his ventures, there was at one point where he grew worrisome of his newfound apprentice. What if he tried to overthrow him? What if he became more powerful? What if he was plotting behind his back? Such foul thoughts would eventually lead Veigar to setting up Twig for failure during a raid on a Noxian library. Veigar set it up so that the guards would catch Twig and lock him up forever. Twig was not aware of this and fell for the trap. As Veigar walked away from the incident, cackling like the madman that he is, another extremely invasive thought materialized in the mind of the tiny master of evil. Something tugged at his chest as he saw the guards carry Twig off to jail. What was it he was feeling? Was it... a feeling? Something that wasn't pure evil!? Veigar became conflicted with himself for the many following weeks. Eventually, Veigar hatched a truly malicious plot to cure himself of these... "feelings" and make sure Twig never threatened to overcome him. He would, instead of a villain, act as the hero of Twig. He would get to the jail and use his awesome power to kill everyone who got in his way. He would then free Twig, show him how amazing he was, and then he would forever owe him a debt and never overthrow him from his throne of ultimate evil! The mere thought of the plan made the dark mage giggle in delight. Upon arriving at the jail, everything went just as planned. Veigar blasted the evil guards with his "heroic" dark matter and eventually arrived at Twig's cell. The young yordle was delighted to see his master and Veigar bowed before his student. However, Veigar had never planned an escape plan. The cruel dictator of Noxus, Swain, arrived and closed the cell door before Veigar and Twig could escape. Having been in jail before and terribly traumatized by his experience, Veigar was enraged at this sudden twist in the plot of his plan. Swain left the yordles to rot within the cell, believing them unable to escape. However, Veigar hatched another idea. Using their combined power, Veigar and Twig set off an explosion so insanely huge that the entire prison was leveled, allowing the yordles to escape unscathed. As they escaped, Veigar felt the same feeling grip his chest. Guilt. In a moment of weakness, Veigar turned to Twig and... promised him a never ending supply of EVIL CHOCOLATE MILK! So long as he never betrayed him, Veigar would take care of Twig forever! Twig was overjoyed with this revelation, and, together, the two villains walked off to plan their next villainous plot to take over the world!

GAMEPLAY PHILOSOPHY Twig is a Caster Support that supports Caster Carries, similar to his lore where he serves as an assistant to Veigar in his many plots. By the way, it is no coincidence that they both have similar kits, as Twig was made as a compliment character to the Tiny Master of Evil. This doesn't mean that he relies on having Veigar on his team as his abilities are very useful without him, it's just they have a ton of synergy with each other by comboing their abilities together. Never the less, Twig can support other Mages as well in the Bottom Lane, being the first Support designed to support a Mage in the Bottom Lane. In the early laning phase, as Twig, you and your Mage partner should constantly be trying to harass the enemy by having you apply Warping Bolt to the enemies before having your partner follow up with some very harmful abilities. If your partner has a stun, you can also chain your stuns together for a long duration lock down via Pillar of Arcane. If you ever fall low on health, drinking a quick cup of Evil Chocolate Milk will surely be refreshing and allow you to unleash a load of pain on your enemies with a now extremely harmful Warping Bolt. If you and your lane partner ever feel like unloading a full spell rotation on the enemy, having your partner stun them into your Pillar of Arcane before having you use Dark Innocence followed by an Evil Chocolate Milk enhanced Warping Bolt along with the full spell rotation of your ally will surely drop the enemy off of the map without some serious defensive steroids being used by them. Once the laning phase is over, Twig is great ganking champion so long as, of course, your allies can set up a Pillar of Arcane for you. Pillar of Arcane is a truly team fight winning spell if it lands on multiple enemies, so being sure to constantly look for good opportunities to land one makes for a good Twig. Using Dark Innocence on an enemy will also allow you to either bust a Tank or drop a carry off the map, so using the ultimate wisely makes for a very good experience for your hopefully magic damage focused team.

A dota spin off of Veigar. Very over powered, neat idea.. but way, way over powered. He gains more ability power through his passive at level 1 than any champion in the game, surpassing Veigar in almost every way.. nullifying the champion because he was replaced.

His Q ... this range.. almost matches Caitlyn's Ultimate and nearly double's the speed if that "2000" is unit range over seconds like Viegar's Q, it surpasses Twitch's ult in range and that's on a 7-9 second cool down BEFORE 40-45% reduction .. which I personally could make my CDR for 45% and put it on a 3.15 second cool down with 45% by level 9. Building him EXACTLY like Veigar, you'd have over 1,000 ability power by level 18 and have your Q deal 170+500(+) damage every 3 seconds. The Wikipedia page on Viegar is wrong, his unit range for his Q is not 950. It's more like 450-455.

His W is 10x better than Gangplanks Remove Scurvy at level 1, especially since both skills are based off AP but this champion actually builds AP. At level 18, with 1k ability power and maxed CDR, he heals; 360+700 for 1060 health, every 4.5 seconds. So.. 2-3 times per fight? So at least 2.1k HP to 3.3k HP.

On top of On top of increasing the damage of his Q by 170+550 damage for a total of 1395 damage every 3 seconds at level 18. So he could solo Baron in about 21 seconds when he's full build.

His pillar is again, 10x stronger than Trundles pillar because it stuns the targets and not just slows. 6 second cool down for a 2.5 second stun.. You'd win any and every team fight, 3v5, 2v8.

His ultimate will merk any tank, any adc, any assassin. Without any magic resistance, there's no reduction, you'd out damage and out heal a full build Draven with his Nami support, 1v2. Hitting them for 100-150+500(+) pretty much true damage, then smoking them with your stun, popping your heal, then 1 shotting both of them with your Q with over 1400 damage full build. Even if Draven lasted for a second hit, by the time he's unstunned your Q's off cool down, and a second later your heal is back up. Draven hits you, two maybe three times, you heal to full again and throw your Q.

This champion would be unstoppable. But, the idea is good, I think maybe introducing new abilities rather than remaking/buffing old ones from other champions might be a better idea. He has so much utility, and no one could literally ever play this character wrong, he'd become the #1 banned champion simply because he's far too strong. He reminds me of when Rumble first launched.

The bot lane meta would change to this OP Champ and Viegar, allowing them to snowball together to create a 2v20 killing force. Doom bots? Child's play.

This is similar to Veigar. I can really feel it. Aside from that, my opinions on the kit are as follows:

The passive has good intentions. I understand it clearly, and it functions to help scaling. However, it's almost identical to Veigar's passive. The only difference really, is that an ally has to kill the unit. That being said, it's also hard to apply consistently, because Twig has high cooldowns, and massive mana costs.

I feel good about the Q. Although, again, it's basically the same thing Veigar does. Although, I wouldn't put a scaling heal on the ability and would just make it flat instead. Because at rank 1, his ally would be healing for 6% of 50 damage. That's 3 HP, lol. Also, I will admit, when you said "Warped" I was thinking they would teleport...

The W is kind of weird. The name is cool, but it's probably my favorite part about it to be honest. I just wonder why you put a 2 second delay, and why 2 seconds? It doesn't seem like it needs to be there. The mana cost also racks up to a massive level!

The E. Immediately, I don't really like the 3 second delay. I'm not saying remove the delay at all, but 3 seconds is a LOT of time. I also don't know what you mean by "Knocking them down". The mana cost is really high on this ability for no apparent reason imo.

The ult is cool, I guess. Short and to the point. I guess it's like the opposite of Veigar's by being what he would lead with? By the way, you don't need to call lowering MR and applying Grievous wounds a "mark". Marks are interactive, like his Q and passive.

Overall, this kit is REALLY reaching Veigar levels of trying to be Veigar. As a result, there is really no reason I would pick either him or Veigar, depending on who would be tuned better. I think he needs something that makes him different than Veigar, and he doesn't have it.

EDIT: I made this before refreshing so Im not sure if you changed anything

Twiggy from Adventure Quest finally turned to the dark side
