Lore Nicollie was born under the most unfortunate of circumstances. His pregnant mother lived in one of the most polluted areas of Zaun. As the unborn Nicollie developed, his mother was forced to breath chemical rich air and drink toxic water. Somehow the fetus was able to adapt to the pollution. When Nicollie was finally born, his very first breath was the contaminated air of Zaun. His mother died the moment the umbilical cord was cut. Some say it was child birth, but experts would tell you of the hundreds of diseases she had throughout her pregnancy. The only thing that protected her from those plaques was the very child that she gave birth to.

Due to his adaptation to the toxic environment of Zaun, his body was far from normal. Skin as grey as concrete, hair as black as coal, and instead of the white of his eyes, it was green. Nicollie has perfectly adapted to a polluted world, but has lost the ability to live in a clean one. In order to leave the polluted section of Zaun he had to have a special breathing apparatus made just for him. The machinery was all stored in a backpack, and what it did was take the clean air around him and mix it with pollutants. When he breaths out, the pollutants are removed and CO2 is released into the atmosphere.

Nicollie isn't a fan of cleanliness. His desire is to see the entire world as polluted as him, and now with his arsenal of sludge, acid, and gas... he can do just that.

Gameplay Class Marksman Strategy Poison and Zone Control Abilities Passive: Polluted Path Polluted Life Immune to any Magic or True damage that is equal or less than 3% of his Maximum health per application of that damage. (Immune to magic and true damage over time.) Nicollie will be healed for 10-30% (based on level) of all magic and true damage a nearby enemy champion would receive. Direct healing from ally champions are 60% less effective on Nicollie. Nicollie can gain stacks of Corroded from his own abilities, with the opposite effect. Polluted Ammo Nicollie cannot do critical strikes. Basic attacks against a _Corroded _ enemy will deal an additional 10%(+0.5 Crit Chance) of the target's maximum health as true damage over 5 seconds. Any increase to his critical damage will instead increase his basic attack damage against Corroded enemies. Successive attacks will refresh the effect, but not the damage will not stack.

Q: Sludge Shot Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Mana CD: 8 seconds Nicollie fires a can of sludge in a line, dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+0.7 AD) physical damage to the first enemy it hits, the can will break open in the process. If the can doesn't hit an enemy before reaching its maximum range, the can will explode to and deal half of the damage to all enemies in within a 350 radius. When the can breaks or explodes, sludge will fall on the ground within a 400 radius and remain on their for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Enemies in the sludge will have their movement speed reduced by 40% and will gain a stack of Corroded every second they remain in the sludge. Corroded Reduces Armor by 5% per stack for 10 seconds, maximum 6 stacks.

W: Caustic Bullet Cost: 30 Mana CD: 12 seconds Passive Every forth basic attack will apply Corroded to both himself and the target. Active Increase Nicollie's Attack Speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3 seconds. Hitting a Corroded enemy with a basic attack will reduce the remaining CD by 0.5 seconds, increased to 1 second against champions.

E: Gas Mine Cost: 60 Mana CD: 2/3/4/5/6 charges, 10 second recharge time. Nicollie places a trap at a target location that will become invisible after 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 second arming time. After the trap has been armed, any enemy that unit that steps on or destroys the trap will trigger it. Once triggered, the trap will release a cloud of noxious gas within a 400 radius for 3 seconds. Enemies in the gas cloud will take magic damage equal to 0.5% (+0.9 AP) of their maximum health per second and will have their vision restricted. If an enemy uses an ability while in the gas, they will take the damage from Polluted Ammo. Traps last for 8 (+0.05 AD)(+0.2 AP) seconds, and there is no limit to how many traps can be active at a time.

R: Pollution Bomb Cost: 100 mana CD: 240/180/120 seconds Nicollie calls for fires a missile at any location on the map. Once the missile hits, it will deal 100/200/300 (+0.66 AD) to all enemies within a 1000 radius. It will then leave behind a field of gross pollution for 9/12/15 seconds. Enemies in the center of the zone will have their vision restricted to a 350 radius, their movement speed reduced by 60%, and will loss 1%(+0.8 AP) of their maximum health and gain a stack of Corroded per second. Enemies outside of the center will not have their vision restricted, and will only take half of the damage or health loss.

Honorable Mentions Corroded's Effect Honestly I wasn't sure what to do for Corroded's effect. I also thought of having it reduce attack damage, and at one point I thought of having it reduce Attack Damage and armor. All I was certain about was having it as a major part of his gameplay. If you have ideas about what the effect should do, please post it in a comment. Toggled W I thought of having his Polluted Ammo passive to be part of his W when the ability is toggled on, costing mana with each basic attack. When toggled off it would be Caustic Bullet, but with all his basic attacks. Scrapped the idea because I wanted him to have an Attack Speed boosting ability, since he is a marksman. Gas Masks An ability that passively increases his magic resist, and when activated it will grant an ally the same effect for a long period of time or until death. Scrapped the idea because it makes him a bot lane only champ and the central idea of him is to fight in any lane the summoner desires. Tanky Ult Thought about having him instead doing a ult centered around himself that causes him to heal for 300% of his maximum health over the duration, and over-heal into a shield. Enemies would be taking 5% of their maximum health as true damage every second they were inside the gas. If Nicollie would leave the gas he would take the same amount of damage until the end of the effect. Scrapped the idea because he's supposed to be a marksman with immunity to most DOT effects, but not a full on tank. Canless Q His Q didn't originally have a can to store sludge. Without something to store the sludge, the attack could have only dealt magic damage instead of physical. If his main ability dealt magic damage, than he would be more like a mage then a marksman. To prevent this I added the can, even then though it seemed to much like Grave's Q.

After Thoughts If the you, the reader, has any thoughts about this champion please leave it in a comment below. I really think that a champion with such a background would make an excellent addition to League of Legends.
