Flair, the Love Ender
Flair was once a yordle, one where he thought he was passionately in love with a little lady yordle, until he realized it was all a ploy and then it was too late and she trapped the foolish yordle into his own death. The yordle did not stay dead however, turning his love into hatred, the Shadow Isles allowing him to roam free as a fireball of a yordle - turning his passion of love into one of hate and destruction.
Flair now will roam the world, whenever he sees those in love, well out of spite of what happened to him, he will do whatever he can to end that love... permanently. He takes away the joy of others and everything they ever cared about taken away like how it was quickly stripped away from. If he could not have the ability to have a happy life, he shall not let others have what he could not. The grim reaper of love.
Flair is a marksman where he has long range attacks, but he cannot deal damage directly, instead he applies a burn over time that can infinitely stack. He will slowly make his target suffer, make his target in agonizing pain, just watching and smiling as his target slowly burns to death!

#True Love (Passive):
Flair's attacks cannot deal damage directly from any source, instead they apply a burn on his target for 4 seconds that can stack infinitely. Each stack deals (+25%AD)(+10%AP) magic damage over the duration, duration refreshes when a new stack is applied.
Critical strikes cause the total burn damage against that target to deal true damage for the next 2 seconds instead of dealing double damage. Life steal is converted into omni-vamp instead.
Minions are dealt (+100%AD)(+60%AP) physical damage instantly, but they are immune to burning, dealing double damage if the attack critically strikes.
#Passion Ball (Q): Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 700 units
Flair strikes the target enemy with a fireball, dealing 30/40/50/60/70(+40%AD)(+25%AP) magic damage for every nearby enemy champion within 600 range of the target, max 150/200/250/300/350(+200%AD)(+125%AP) magic damage. This deals 120/165/210/255/300(+180%AD)(+110%AP) magic damage against epic monsters.
This deals a minimum of 60/80/100/120/140(+80%AD)(+50%AP) magic damage against minions.
#Creating Hatred (W): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 75 mana; Range: 900 units
Flair creates a spark at the target enemy champion for the next 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds, causing its heals and shields to deal true damage instead of their normal effects. This applies grievous wounds and True Sight against the target. Burn damage is increased by 20% during the duration against the target.
#Firewall (E): Cooldown: 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds; Cost: 75 mana; Range: 1400 units
Flair anchors his location, blinking to the target location for 0.5 second and creating a firewall that is 450/500/550/600/650 units wide that moves towards his anchored location, stopping enemies on contact and pushing enemies with it, then he returns to his original location.
#Love and Betrayal (R): Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 750/825/900 / 600 units
Flair takes the passion of the enemy team and causes all nearby enemies to the target enemy champion to form as one unit at the same location for the next 1.5 seconds, attacking the one unit will cause all units that are absorbed to take the same damage and other effects, the main target is the only unit that can freely move which brings along everyone absorbed with them.
