Servitude: Serga moves 15% faster towards champions damaged by her abilities within the last 2 seconds. Range: 1500

http://i.imgur.com/mCO6Lju.jpg Q: Infestation Serga sends out a ravenous leech which latches on to the first target hit, dealing 55/90/125/160/195 (+70% AP) Magic Damage and fearing them for 0.75 seconds. Serga can reactivate the ability twice at the cost of more health to send out more leeches which increases the size of the area. If she walks over the area, the leeches go back into her body, removing the damaging area and healing her for 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage dealt. Health Cost: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of Current Health per cast Cooldown: 13 Range of Cast: 650 Radius of Area: 185 (+40/45/50/55/60 per Recast, totaling to a 265/275/285/295/305 radius area)

Lore:

Day 127: The rest of the survivors are missing. I have no idea whether they're dead, alive or something worse, but now it's just me, Roland and Reagan. We are the last of the Demacians. It's kind of funny, I would have never thought that three commoners would be the only thing keeping the spirit of Demacia alive, but I guess I'll have to face that reality now; before all this, I only knew them as the baker who made the best bread in the continent and the man always getting in trouble for pranking the upper class. We've nearly made it to the Shadow Isles; we'll find a way to stop this, I know it.

Day 129: It's a lot brighter than I imagined it, but I guess that would be because of all of the souls floating around this place now. I wonder if Jarvan's soul is here... Roland came up with the idea to try to study the wildlife, seeing if we can get some idea of the corruption rlthat's spreading. We'll start tomorrow, but for now, we deserve a rest.

Day 130: Reagan is missing. I have no idea whether he went off on his own or whether something got him or whatever, but he's not here. Roland still wants us to go, but I want to wait in case he comes back. We settled on him going further into the Isles while I stay back. We camped by a freshwater river (yes, we checked), so there's plenty of water in case my rations run out. Now, I wait.

Day 137: Nothing from Roland or Reagan. I just ate my last loaf of bread, and there's no water left in the canteen. I guess I'll have to hunt for food. Maybe corrupted animals are still edible? In the meantime, I need to fill up my canteen.

Day 138: I noticed something wriggling around in the river today. A pitch black thing that looks kind of like a small fish. If I get desperate, hopefully there's more so I can eat them; I still haven't found any small animals to hunt. I just need to eat something…

Day 150: I'm really hungry. The black thing is still there. Time to hunt.

Day 151: Turns out that black thing was a leech, and it bit my hand. It hurt. I'm still very hungry. I need to eat… Something…

Day 154: More leeches came into the river. I could probably just grab one of them and kill it. I'd have food, which is all I care about now. It won't hurt to try.

Day 155: I like this body… It's very nimble. Moves quickly. Quicker than my real body. Humans are so easily manipulated; food is all they think about. This body will serve well as a host, I believe. My brethren will survive and thrive in her, and we will spread further into other bodies… That is, if any are left. Now, to get off this island…

Her passive and w are way too strong and need to be scaled down some. The Ult seems out of place I expect her to send out a ton of small leaches in an aoe cone or something similar to how xerath does his thing. A giant leach seems weird. The q is also a little strong for the cooldown it has which is rather short. Besides that i guess the champion is ok. I mean it works sort of in a weird way.

Interesting Concept, the lore is pretty neat, I really don't know what to say aside from how I think the regen from her ult's cooldown is probably able to heal more than Mundo's active ult. You might want to compare it to other regen based abilities before you finalize the ability.

I assume the cost on her W is supposed to say % Current Health.

Instead of blocking out health regeneration on her E's active, why not have it halve the Health regained ala Grievous Wounds, but the other half of those would-be heals are transferred to Serga instead? I mean, it IS a leech, isn't it? Just spitballing here.

Random idea for small bit of utility: Let Serga cast her E on allies. That way, she could use E to set a leech up on a ranged ally, then when they AA an enemy, the leech will go with it and trigger Serga's Servitude passive.

I also find it rather amusing that you designed an ultimate that's actually weakened (in a way) by CDR. That said, I don't quite get how you have the functionality of her ult described. Does the leech only come out once she's channeled for 2 seconds? If so, it seems very easy to interrupt and you won't have gotten anything out of it besides chunking a chunk of your own Health. It's basically a Mundo ult that might do a huge chunk of magic damage.

My champion evaluation know-how is a bit rusty from not being used for a while, so that's all I have to contribute for the moment. If you're interested, you could have a look at Tessik, who I recently revived and began working on anew.

Keep up the good work.

Her passive bonus is way too strong and needs to decrease means exactly that. 25% is way too high decrease that percentage.....duh......The damage on her w is way too high at 80 per second with 30%ap scaling and needs to decrease, simply because the duration is so long. 80 times 5 would be 400 base damage with 30% ap scaling per second for a grand total of 150% ap bonus damage and it can be reactivated for even more damage and with the passive bonus and that champ has more health it does 25% more damage? ummm no.... decrease the damage....duh how could I be more obvious? about the ult I picture more of a Xerath style ability with his increased range three ball of energy thing but with leaches or just a swarm of leaches coming out of the body spreading in all directions around her rather than launching a giant leech duh.... how can i be more obvious?

Morgana only deals more damage if the target is missing more health. Otherwise Morgana has less % scaling and morgana does not have the benefit of a second cast or the 25% bonus damage from your passive. you can increase the first level damage if you feel just decrease the maximum level damage. Minimum can increase to about 22 or 25 but maximum should decrease to about 60 maybe. due to the fact that you can cast the ability a second time.

I know you cant make a second pool but increasing the size would increase damage if someone is already being damaged by it.

Also increase the ap% bonus to the w up to 30% now that the base is down to 70 it is appropriate.
