[Skin Concept] Pure Ascension Xerath

So, as many people were hoping that Xerath would get the Ultimate skin (Since his last skin that he got was Scorched Earth back in 2012) I've thought of an idea that could really be a good skin for Xerath Either as legendary or Ultimate.

Basically, it's an alternate timeline/universe where Xerath's Ascension didn't go wrong at all and he became a "True/Pure Ascended" like Nasus/Renekton/Azir.

Base: Xerath would actually be fully human and have a Sun disc Crown on his head. He'd still float, and be dressed in regal robes. This is instead of being particles inside his sarcophagus pieces.

Particles: Auto attack: Now a golden bolt of sunlight magic Passive: Burst of golden light eminates from the crown on his head with blue stars that fall down afterwards Q: A beam of sunlight that bursts from his crown, incinerating any who touch the beam, As the beam is charging, a small sphere of sunlight forms infront of the crown W: A bright ray of sunlight streaks down from above, (Smaller Leona ult) E: A miniature sun spirals towards his enemies R: A bombardment of bright spheres of light that race towards the location and explode in a brilliant burst of light, Swirling light and sand surround Xerath as he's floating in the air unleashing the light from the crown on his head.

Animations: Auto attack: The same (could be changed up some) Q: Rather than raising his arms, he focuses is energy into his Crown, and draws his head and arms back and thrusts his head forward to fire the spell (Similar to "Combustion Man" from Avatar: the Last Airbender) W: Similar Animations, Or a more lazy arrogant animation where he just raises his arm, pointing to the target location E: creates a small sun from his crown and throws it R: Rises up, and spreads his arms down and away from him, slightly behind him, his legs together pointing straight down, his head tilted backwards as he fires the light from his crown.

Taunt: He would curl up into a ball, then quickly unfold unleashing a bright burst of light Dance: Could be the Egyptian Walk dance

Voice Over: Would be more Human, still have some filtering to show he's still an ascended being. Talk about more about how Shurima is his Kingdom now. Not necessarily evil, but retain the arrogance and pride that come with being an immortal being.

EDIT: I would like to note that this is stated to be worthy of either Legendary OR Ultimate. I understand that right now, it's not all that great as an ultimate but would make a very good Legendary skin.
