Mordekaiser The Forbidden One

As we all know, SKT T1 won the 2015 Worlds and will get special set of skins commemorating their victory. But don't you think there is one more champion that deserves a skin, beside 5 or 6 champions getting SKT skins? A champion, who had nearly 100% ban rate throughout whole Worlds. Yes, as title suggests, I'm talking about the Master of Met... ekhem, I mean, the Iron Revenant Mordekaiser.

The skin can be named "Mordekaiser, The Forbidden One". Pretty self-explenatory: he had nearly 100% ban rate, he is forbidden from use. Here is my vision of how skin should look like (not final version):
