...that Team Builder exists, where you can play any champion you want in any role you want. No flaming in champ select. No calling roles. No trolls. You want to play mid? Top? ADC? Well, in team builder, there's 100% chance you will get the role you want, on the other hand in blind pick or draft, you don't know if u get the role u want. Seriously, people, play Team Builder. It's kind of a blessing Riot gave us so we can play whenever and whereever we want, why don't we make use of it?

The thing with teambuilder is that in certain positions that a lot of people play (Mostly top and mid) the que time is ridiculously long. Generally when I play team builder it is for adc support or jungle. Almost all of those are instant.

I think you answered part of your question. Every so often I que up in team builder and remember why I dont que up in team builder.

So your team really wants to play:

Taric ADC Fiddlesticks Mid Katarina Sup Yasuo JG And you wanted to try out Gnar Top

So you still want to play Gnar top, but you dont want those wacky clowns.

So yes, you can play whatever you want wherever you want... and so can the other people in team builder. See that Yasuo jg, he wants to be the special snowflake that is about to learn that Yasuo jg doesnt work, and he dosnt want that Taric ADC moron messing up his Yas jg game. See thats the problem, the tools making all their troll picks (that they think is legit) dont want the other troll picks messing up their game.

All that and teambuilder is a haven for "first time x" cause we all love trying to practice a character for ranked and have to ff@20 cause of the landslide feeding of mid or top cause all of a sudden someone just learned that champ X is much more complicated in practice than on paper. So youre much more likely to lose due to this.

Team builder is great, and Im glad its there, but its got many of solo ques worst nightmares turned up to eleven. Iv had decent experiences with it, but it seems like when its a bad experience, its among the worst (not toxic, but getting destroyed by a real team comp).
