LoL already takes up a MASSIVE amount of computer space, and Riot's put a lot of time into making sure it won't take up too much data.
Also, you're pretty much asking them to start a new program from scratch, which would put off all normal LoL stuff for about a full year, I'd think.
For future reference, insulting someone before giving them an idea isn't persuasive. At all.
