Why not have a series of skins based off items the champs build?

For instance,

Deathcap Veigar: Self explanatory, he has a wicked set of robes and a Deathcap on his head.

Tryndamere with Blade of the Ruined King, he could look particularly war-torn.

Tristana that fires Infinity Edges instead of cannonballs.
