A concept that can be repeated for all champs and would be really fun.
Voices can be achieved by applying simple sound/pitch effect to current ones.
Stuff like female: 
Or male 
Etc, etc.
EDIT: im obviously not saying that all champs should get the skin AT ONCE

could be made a lot less bulky, and could be given a set of wings. You know, like male ants (and young queens). Sterile females are the soldier caste in a lot of ant and bee species.

It would be interesting, but, I really doubt it would be implemented. They'd need 123 VOs entirely redone and 123 new skins with splash arts. Plus, some quotes, such as MF's joke about Shock and Awe, would sound odd with a man saying them, or vice versa.
this seems like too much effort for to little pay off, because in the end its pointless to most of the playerbase, its not like most skins where it changes things such as theme or includes a story, this is just a way to waste resources in my opinion.
This is cool, in theory. But imagine the work load put in to make a project like this happen. Plus, who wants to see a female urgot? Seriosuly, the male one isn't wearing a shirt...... the nightmares
