Death passivs= Endless confetti flowing around him and when it ends he turns into a pile of confetti

Q= Party hats spiking the ground

W= Happy Birthday banner that erupts with confetti and a bunch of party noises as well

E= Same as passive without the death part

R= Birthday cakes that fall on the targets

I'm pretty sure you guys at Riot can come up with some creative SFX like you did with amumu and fiddlesticks

Q should be confetti exploding while doing the party horn sound every time (make the opponent ears bleed out)

There is nothing "surprising" in Karthus' kit.

He literally has to manually run towards your team if he wants to do damage.
