No good too specific
Too specific anyone above gold will have a hell of a time because his playrate drops like a rock. Anyone thats not top will have problems because top laners should get the most kills on teemo.
how about you make it yordles that way popular yordle picks like tristana and lulu for bot lane and heimerdinger and corki for mid and leave kennen, rumble, kled and teamo for top
