Sorcery Keystone/Rune ideas.
So, I have a proposed rune change for Scorch and a new rune idea for the sorcery tree.
I propose that Scorch gets upgraded to a keystone and becomes something like deathfire touch and have similar properties to arcane comet. I have my version below (heavily WIP, waiting on feedback to make changes this goes both for the keystone and new rune ideas).
Idea: Damaging a champion with an ability applies a bleed that deals 5 (+10% AP) (15% bonus AD) adaptive damage per second (length depends on type of ability).
If single target - 6 seconds If AoE - 3 seconds
I wasn't sure if this should have a cooldown or not. If it did get a cooldown, then I would probably say 10 seconds for it.
New Rune Idea (replacement for scorch):
Empower - Buffs and debuffs cast by you have their duration and strength increased by 5%. This applies to cc (both soft like slows and hard like roots), movement speed buffs, attack speed buffs, etc.
For example, a Lux Q would have its duration increased by 5%.
As for strength an example would be Xayah W, it would buff her attack speed by 5%. It also buffs the movement speed from attacking enemies.
Empower does not increase damage. Only duration and strength. Empower's buff lasts for as long as the character has buffs active.
I do also have a cooldown version of this, but I think I prefer this version instead. If interested, I may add on the CD version later.
This rune would be placed where scorch is currently. So, people would have to decide between Empower, Gathering Storm, or Waterwalking.
