Luella, the Queen of Hearts
Hi, so basically, another idea I would like to show. This one is about Luella, the Manipulator. Basically, she is an addition to our Angels and Demons in the League. Luella also follows the theme of "love is a weapon". Luella follows and uses the powers of a Succubus. Let's get to it.

Passive: Mesmerizing Presence
Enemies within a 520 range of Luella get hit with Mesmerizing Presence. This ability is a stacking ability. This ability stacks up to 10 stacks, 1 stack per second an enemy remains with range of Luella's passive. Each stacks grants Luella 10-20 (+15% AP {increases by 1.2 per level}) magical damage on her next ability. Stacks only fall off once someone moves out of range of Luella, and at a rate of 1 stack per 1 second.

This ability allows Luella to switch between attack styles (melee and ranged). In each stance Luella gains different perks.
In melee:
Her basic attack steal health from her target. Each basic attack has a chance to snap more health. The chance increases by 5% per 100 AP she has. The chance starts at 20%.
In ranged:
Her basic attacks apply DoT damage to targets worth 10/20/30/40/50 (+35% AP) magical damage per second.
Cool down: 5/4/3/2/1 seconds
W: Subliminal Seduction

Type: AoE
Mana: 75/90/105/120/135
Luella casts her charm onto an area. The initial strike deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+75% AP) magical damage and marks her foes with Bliss. Bliss is an effect that Luella can activate within 3 seconds of casting Subliminal Seduction. If re-cast, Bliss will charm all units hit with Bliss and move them towards Luella for the next 1/1.5/2 seconds (increases by .5 per 2 levels of the ability).
Cool down: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds
E: Lover's Embrace
Range: 1000 (adjustable)
Type: Skillshot
Mana: 55/80/105/130/155
Luella uses her wings to flight forwards, upon connecting with an enemy champion she will slap them with her wings dealing 80/110/140/170/200 (+80% AP) magical damage.
Cool down: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
R: Till Death Do We Part
Range: 3450
Type: Automatically Targeted
Mana: 100
Luella most recently affected target by either basic attack, power, item, etc. will be automatically targeted for this ability. This ability deals 200/400/600 (+90% AP) magical damage along with 30/40/50% of the damage dealt to that target by Luella within the past 6 seconds back as bonus magical damage. She has to channel this for 1.5 seconds. If Luella is killed while channeling, the cool down is refreshed.
Cool down: 150/110/70 seconds
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths: Luella is incredibly able to switch between a wide variety of play styles. She attack from afar or get down and dirty. Her kit allows her charm people from afar, and then cut them down with her E + Q combo, all the while getting some stacks on her passive for a ultimate finish. Luella provides her team with a someone capable of juking and setting up S+ teamfights.
Weaknesses: Like most combo wombo champions, if she misses one of her abilities she can be reduced in both power and efficiency, and probably end up dead because of it. Being too much of a harass champions can lead her into sticky situations since she has no mobility after using her E, and no escape if both W and E are down. During flight, Luella can be cc'ed and stopped during her E ability. Her ultimate requires Luella becoming an immobile statue while channeling, which can cause her to be (a picked off or (b ganked during her ult.

Mistress of Love, Passion, and... Misery, Luella uses the hearts of man and woman alike to reign terror and fear into the land Runeterra. None know of the Demoness' previous life, that is, if she had one. But, that matters little. All know her as a woman of beauty, beauty that she uses to fuel the Shadow Isles with the souls of enticed Pirates and weary cargo ships. Some that managed to survive the Demoness' tricks remember a moment of bliss before the screams of their friends ripped through their minds. They recall seeing their friends' chest grow bloody, almost has if their heart had quite literally broken. On the few ships that float back to the harbor, both empty and hallowed, carry with them various claw marks as well as scent of charred wood burned by otherworldly fire. Her ability to captivate the hearts of man and woman alike are no doubt powered by the malicious powers of the Shadow Isles.
Woe be on those who ever encounter the Queen of Hearts, and let our fair and powerful Lady guide their passage.
