[Skin Concept] Serpent LeBlanc

I think LeBlanc needs a skin to reflect her nature as one of the most toxic, if not the most toxic champion in the game.

Appearance: LeBlanc's skin is greenish, with a hint of scales on her shoulders, arms, hips and legs. She'd wear an ornate white and gold bra and similarly colored skirt open on one side.

Abilities:

Q is a large green glob of toxins. Mimicked it becomes a swirling mass of purple poison. W causes LB to make hissing sound as she dashes. Distortion return pad now resembles a snake head. E now resembles a green snake which flies out with its fangs barred and latches onto the enemy. Mimicked it would send out a purple snake with cobra-like frills.
