Can haunting nocturne get a VU?

I dont know if anyone has noticed but he looks so badass in login screen/loading screen but if you look at him in game its just... ugh. Specifically his face, if you look at the scribbles on face, it doesnt look like this scary smile. Instead his face just looks like hes challenged. Look at that face in the picture
