[Passive] Pugilist: Each second Raman remains in combat he builds Rage by dealing damage and taking damage (Maximum 100). So long as Rajan is below 70% health, all Rage generation is doubled. Upon leaving combat Rajan, losses 5 rage per second.

[Passive] Burning fuel: All Rajan's abilities as well as actions cost stamina (200 base), which regenerates after 2 seconds of inactivity, staying still regenerates 5 stamina per second, while any healing received generates 20% as stamina. Actions such as walking consume 1 stamina every 2 second of continuous movement, where as auto attacking consumes 2 stamina based on his attack speed.

[Passive] Brutal: Every 5 seconds spent in combat Rajan gains a boost to his base stats; (1/6) attack and defence + 5% points (2/7) attack speed and lifesteal +5% (3/8) stamina and rage + 10% (4/9) health and Regen +5% (5/10) movement and range +5% These stacks decay over 10 seconds after 5 seconds of no combat.


[Q] Far fist: Rajan channels his rage into his fists and summons it to crash down on a 500 unit target location within 800 units of him dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+60% AD)(50% rage) bonus magic damage and stun for 0.1 second per Rage and pushing back enemy units on the outside of the location by 60 units.


[W] Backdraft : channels inner fire for 2 seconds to surround himself dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+60% Ap)(80% rage) to reveal and burn units for 3 seconds consuming 5 rage as damage each second. Recast to blast the flames 400 units in a target direction dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+40%Ap) and pushing himself 400 units backwards. Flames increase regeneration by 25% and consume 5 rage per second while active.


[E] Air render: {instant} Rajan Releases rage to deal 60/80/100/120/140 (+60%Ad)(80%rage) and reduce the armor of units in a 80° cone in front him. {Hold} to channel for 3 seconds marking a 500 units area to haste ally and slow enemy units moving through it. [Recast] to activate the Mark dealing 55/65/75/85/95 (+60%Ap)(40%rage) and reducing the armor of units hit. {Effect} this ability spreads the effect of burn to all units within to deal 20% Ap as bonus true damage.


[R] Beat down: channels Rage for 3 seconds to gain a shield for 10 seconds, the shield converts all damage sustained to grey health and causes near sightedness. [Recast] to unleash 90% missing health (+100% rage) to a target champion, surrounding enemy units take 40% reduced damage.

Breakdown: Rajan is an elite fighter of the noxian empire and survivor of the fleshing. He is a melee fighter who uses a his channeled rage to deal damage to cowardly foes. He excels at long fights and is best suited to fighting singles out enemies. In order to play Raman one must keep constant track of his stamina levels, otherwise he would be rendered exhausted, in order to cope this Rajan has varying abilities to combat various situations when he is in need of rest.

Where does Stamina come into play?

Other than that, your scalings actually aren't too far off. Your ult requires people to focus you, so its probably going to average about (35%max hp+rage) as damage, since they're not likely to take you past half hp before realizing you're about to ult...and if you try starting it at much lower than that, they'll just burst you before it procs.

Your W is scaled well, your E hits pretty hard as a poke, but requires you to have been in combat for awhile to do so, and your Q is a decent lockdown.
