Champion kit #2, a Diver

Hello you people, have a good 2020. I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people. But surely everyone loves how the game is balanced and they're still running after Akali.

Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.

I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go:

  • Toshiie Maeda (names are merely for inspiration and representation). Designed to be the most resistant of Divers.

Passive: Toshiie faces his opponents while handling two short spears and his attacks alternate between them. When attacking enemy champions, Toshiie gains 5% additional damage to his basic attacks and 5% damage reduction alternately, up to a maximum of** 20%** for both after 8 attacks. Abitilies give each bonus a stack.

For each stack, Toshiie algo gains additional Health regeneration. The effects last for up to 6 seconds after the last attack.

-Health regeneration per 5 seconds (per stack): 5/8/11/14/17/20 at levels 1/4/7/10/13/16


1st Skill: After a 0.5-second delay, Toshiie spins his short spears around himself, dealing damage to enemies and ripping the ground. The circular area created by it increases Toshiie's fighting skills, granting him 75 additional attack range (250 total), additional Attack Speed and 25% Movement Speed for at least 1.5 seconds.

The area lasts for 6 seconds and basic attacks reduce the ability's Cooldown by 1 second. If two areas overlap, they're both strengthened, renewing duration and granting 20-60 additional Attack Damage at levels 1-18.

-Damage: 20/45/70/95/120 (+ 120% AD) as Physical Damage -Additional Attack Speed: 20/25/30/35/40% -CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds (begins after 0.5 second)


2nd Skill: Toshiie jumps at the targeted enemy and pierces him with both spears, dealing damage and slowing for **2 **seconds. Within 1.5 seconds the ability may be recast for Toshiie to thrust his spears numerous times within a line towards the selected direction over 1 second. During this time he can change the direction but the action is interrupted if he moves.

The thrusting attack is enpowered by the Passive's additional damage.

-Damage (jump): 70/95/120/145/170 (+ 60% Bonus AD) as Physical Damage -Slow: 40/45/50/55/60% -Damage (thrust): 120/135/150/165/180% AD as Physical Damage -CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds (begins on cast)


3rd Skill: Passive: When below 40% Maximum Health, Toshiie becomes desperate, increasing the additional damage dealt by his basic attacks due to his Passive up to a certain percentage.

Active: Toshiie refrains from fighting, throwing all his Passive stacks away but healing himself based on the number of total stacks he had. For the next 3 seconds he also cannot gain new stacks, disarming and silencing himself for half this time.

If cast when below 40% Maximum Health, Toshiie keeps the damage reduction effect for **3 **seconds and its percentage is increased.

-Passive maximum additional damage: 28/31/34/37/40% -Healing per stack: 12/19/26/33/40 (+ 5% Bonus AD) -Passive maximum damage reduction: 28/31/34/37/40% -CD: 22/21/20/19/18 seconds


Ultimate: Toshiie performs an unstoppable charge towards the targeted direction. Spinning his spears left and right, the charge deals damage within a wide line and** pushes back** for a certain distance enemies hit. Enemies hit at the center of the line are pushed back all the way with Toshiie until the charge ends. Does not pass through terrain.

If Toshiie carries an enemy champion with him when the charge ends, his** Passive** is fully stacked (if allowed by the 3rd Skill's negative effect).

-Damage: 150/265/370 (+ 150% Bonus AD) as Physical Damage -CD: 140/120/100 seconds (begins on cast)
